Meinl Artisan Edition Pickup Cajon Soleá Line - Dark Olive Burst!
The Soleá Line is available in Espresso Burst, Ebony Burst, and Dark Red Burst finishes. It features two sets of four pre-tuned, micro-wound metal cajon strings that stretch across the inside of the playing surface. These strings are hand-installed in the style of cajon maker José "Pepote" Hernández Diaz.
The Soleá Line cajons include a special bass reflex system that enhances the low tones for a stronger bass sound. Rounded corners and thumb notches on the top of the frontplate and resonance body optimize playing comfort and tone.
The 9-ply, 12 mm thick resonance body made of Baltic birch produces a full, powerful tone that sounds clear and warm. The instrument is proudly made in Spain. If amplification is desired, the cajon contains a piezo pickup inside with tone and volume controls on the outside.
A quarter-inch cable jack lets you send your signal to any amplifier or PA system.
