With its effective sound-shaping options, the Pocket Bass Amp is a versatile tool for practicing, recording, and gigs. It combines an effect pedal and preamp in one, perfect for both active and passive basses.
Controls for Drive and Saturation complement the operating modes Clean, Overdrive, and Fuzz, while the 3-band equalizer with semi-parametric midrange is specially tailored to the frequency response of electric basses. The Pocket Bass Amp simulates the characteristics of modern and vintage speakers, and the blend control allows seamless mixing of the original and effect signals.
External effect pedals can be connected to the Pocket Bass Amp, as well as audio players and headphones for silent jamming, and the tuner output can be assigned to the footswitch. The compact unit also functions as a DI box, with the balanced XLR output switchable before or after the Pocket Bass Amp’s signal processing. The sturdy die-cast housing, bright LED status indicators, and a ground-lift switch complete the feature list. The Pocket Bass Amp requires a 9V block battery or a power adapter for operation.
