With its effective sound-shaping options, the Pocket Bass Amp is a versatile tool for practicing, recording and gigging. It is an effects pedal and preamp in one and perfect for both active and passive basses.
Drive and Saturation controls complement the operating modes Clean, Overdrive and Fuzz, and the 3-band equalizer with semi-parametric mid control is specifically tailored to the frequency response of electric basses. The Pocket Bass Amp also simulates the characteristics of modern and vintage speakers, while the blend control allows seamless mixing of the direct and effected signals.
External effect pedals can be connected to the Pocket Bass Amp, as can audio players and headphones for silent practice, and the tuner output can be assigned to the footswitch. The compact unit also serves as a DI box; the balanced XLR output can be switched before or after the Pocket Bass Amp's signal processing. The sturdy die-cast housing, bright LED status indicators and a ground-lift switch round out the feature list. The Pocket Bass Amp requires a 9V block battery or a power adapter for operation.
