Whether on the terrace while relaxing, in hotel and catering areas, in theme parks and playgrounds, at the next garden party or any other outdoor event or activity: with the new Pronomic HLS-560 360° speaker, nothing stands between you and enjoying music outdoors. If you value clean sound reproduction, even sound distribution, a weather-resistant enclosure and plenty of power, the HLS-560 garden speaker will not disappoint. The compact outdoor speaker delivers excellent coverage in both sun and rain.

Outstanding Sound

The robust and durable HLS-560 2-way speaker provides 240 Watt (Peak) of sufficient volume to ensure solid musical coverage and great atmosphere. A 5.25" (133 mm) polypropylene cone woofer and a 0.75" (19 mm) titanium dome tweeter deliver excellent, balanced detail resolution with very clean, precise and clear sound reproduction. To allow connection to all common hi-fi devices, the 360° speaker features an integrated pre-wired cable.

360° Sound Dispersion

The Pronomic HLS-560 is equipped with a top-class, precisely engineered sound diffuser that ensures even all-round sound distribution (360° horizontal, 40° vertical) with balanced tonality. A single speaker is therefore enough to evenly cover larger rooms or areas, such as a garden including the terrace. This gives the HLS-560 clear advantages over conventional speakers that are tied to a fixed dispersion angle.

Weatherproof Enclosure and Versatile Mounting Options

The robust, weatherproof plastic enclosure of the compact Pronomic speaker makes it a long-lasting and reliable companion. A sturdy aluminum grille protects the driver from external impact. The HLS-560 can be used standing, e.g. in the middle of a beer garden, or hung above a sun terrace. When used as a freestanding unit, there is the option to embed the speaker's base into the ground. This not only looks neat but also increases stability in storms. For hanging installation, two 3/8" threads are fitted to the underside of the unit so the speaker can be fixed to high ceilings with eyebolts.

Water- and UV-Resistant

The UV-resistant and waterproof garden speaker can be enjoyed not only under clear skies and in dry conditions, but also by the pool and in the rain. The IP56 rating indicates the suitability of the Pronomic HLS-560 for outdoor use. The IP code (International Protection Code) describes the suitability of an electronic device under certain temperatures, humidity, vapors, dust and other conditions. IP56 means the HLS-560 is protected against strong jets of water and the enclosure also provides full protection against contact. Furthermore, dust—even in amounts that would normally be damaging—cannot harm this device.

70/100 V Option

The HLS-560 outdoor speaker can be connected to all common hi-fi and PA amplifiers at 8 Ohm; additionally, the speaker can be used on 100-volt systems. The required power tap (2, 4, 8, 16, 32 Watts) is selected via a rotary selector.
