High-Quality All-Weather Sound for the Garden!

Whether relaxing on the terrace, in hotel and restaurant areas, in amusement parks and on playgrounds, at the next garden party or any other outdoor event: the new Pronomic HLS-560 360° speaker makes outdoor music enjoyment effortless. If you value clean sound reproduction, even sound distribution, a weather-resistant housing and plenty of power, the HLS-560 garden speaker will not disappoint. The compact outdoor cabinet delivers excellent coverage in both sun and rain.

Great Sound

The robust and durable HLS-560 2-way speaker offers 240 Watt (peak) of output, providing plenty of volume for solid musical coverage and a great atmosphere. A 5.25" (133 mm) polypropylene cone woofer and a 0.75" (19 mm) titanium dome tweeter deliver excellent, balanced resolution with a very clean, precise and clear sound. To allow connection to all common hi-fi devices, the 360° box features an integrated lead cable.

360° Sound Distribution

The Pronomic HLS-560 is equipped with a first-class, precisely calculated sound diffuser that ensures even all-around sound distribution (360° horizontal, 40° vertical) with balanced tonal characteristics. A single speaker is therefore sufficient to evenly cover larger areas or spaces, such as a garden including the terrace. This gives the HLS-560 clear advantages over conventional speakers that are fixed to a single dispersion angle.

Weatherproof Housing and Versatile Mounting Options

The robust, weatherproof plastic housing of the compact Pronomic speaker makes it a long-lasting and reliable companion. A sturdy aluminum grille protects the driver from external influences. The HLS-560 can be used standing, e.g. in the middle of a beer garden, or suspended above a sun terrace. When used as a freestanding unit, the speaker base can be sunk into the ground. This not only looks smart but also increases stability in windy conditions. For hanging installation, two 3/8" threads on the underside of the unit allow the speaker to be fixed to high ceilings with eye bolts.

Water- and UV-Resistant

With the UV-resistant and waterproof garden speaker you can celebrate not only under blue skies and in dry conditions, but also poolside and in the rain. The IP56 rating indicates the suitability of the Pronomic HLS-560 for outdoor use. The so-called IP code (International Protection Code) describes an electronic device's suitability for certain temperatures, humidity, vapors, dust and other conditions. The IP56 rating means the HLS-560 is protected against strong water jets and the enclosure also provides full protection against contact. In addition, dust—even amounts normally considered harmful—cannot damage this device.

70/100V Option

The HLS-560 outdoor box can be connected to all common hi-fi and PA amplifiers with 8 Ohm; additionally, it can be operated on 100-volt systems. The required power tap (2, 4, 8, 16, 32 watts) is set via a rotary selector.
