Digital Listening Pleasure with Style!
The Bennett & Ross DAB-258 Vikedal combines modern digital technology with classic design and impressive sound quality. This digital radio is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy music, news, or podcasts in clear, interference-free quality—whether in the kitchen, bedroom, or office. With its elegant wooden housing and easy-to-read LCD display, it not only performs technically but also looks great.
Versatile Radio Reception with DAB+, DAB and FM
Whether digital or analogue - the Vikedal gives you virtually limitless station choice. Thanks to DAB+ you receive your favorite programs in crystal-clear sound without annoying hiss. Additionally, the classic FM tuner with RDS shows station and program information. Use the automatic or manual station search to quickly find any desired station. You have 60 memory slots in total (30 DAB, 30 FM), so you can conveniently save and recall your favorites at any time.
Wirelessly Enjoy Music - Thanks to Integrated Bluetooth
Connect your smartphone, tablet, or notebook via Bluetooth and stream your music directly through the built-in hi-fi speaker. That way you can enjoy your favorite playlists, streaming services, or audiobooks easily and cable-free. The stable Bluetooth connection with up to 10 m range ensures interference-free transmission and clear playback—perfect for everyday listening.
More Options with USB and AUX
You can play music files in MP3 or WMA format directly from a USB stick via the USB port. Alternatively, any external device, e.g. an MP3 player or laptop, can be connected via the 3.5 mm AUX input. If you prefer private listening, simply use the headphone output. This makes the Vikedal a versatile companion for any listening situation—whether you want to share music or enjoy it alone.
Comfortable Operation and Modern Display
The two-line LCD display is continuously backlit and clearly shows station name, title, time, and date. In standby mode the time and alarm icons remain visible. Two rotary knobs—one for volume and one for tuning—plus six function buttons enable intuitive operation. So you always have all key functions within easy reach.
Wake Up, Fall Asleep, Feel Good
The Vikedal is more than just a radio—it's also your personal alarm clock. Set two separate alarm times, for example for weekdays and weekends, and choose whether you want to be woken by your favorite station or a tone. The snooze function gives you a few extra minutes of sleep, while the sleep timer automatically turns the device off after up to 90 minutes. The radio reliably accompanies you throughout the day—from getting up to falling asleep.
Compact Format, High-Quality Construction
With dimensions of 13.2 x 11,6 x 22,5 cm the Vikedal is compact enough for any shelf or bedside table. The elegant wooden housing provides natural resonance and emphasizes the device's high-end character. It combines technical precision with homely design and therefore fits perfectly into any environment.
