Bb Clarinet With French Fingering - Incl. 2 Barrels!
The clarinet, made from grenadilla wood, stands out for excellent craftsmanship and a solid setup. That makes Lechgold clarinets reliable, long-lasting companions for amateur musicians.
Features
The instrument has a smooth key mechanism made of silver-plated nickel silver with an E-flat lever. Two barrels allow different tuning of the woodwind instrument. Both barrels and the bell feature a wooden ring, which positively affects response and vibration characteristics. The Lechgold BK-20/18 is a superb instrument for the ambitious amateur musician.
Sound
Typical of Böhm clarinets is the overtone-rich tonal variety, which also applies to this instrument. The slightly higher weight of this instrument provides noticeably more tonal fullness.
Verified Quality
So you can enjoy your instrument for years, all wind instruments are inspected by Kirstein quality control. This is carried out in our master-led wind workshop by qualified instrument makers. We guarantee the impeccable condition with a certificate that is included with the instrument.
Mouthpiece and Reed
In collaboration with Claus Raumberger, music journalist and author of "Das Saxophon", the range of clarinet mouthpieces was expanded. This resulted in the RCR.3. The RCR.3 delivers a strong, dark tone with voluminous depth, round head tones and a powerful clarinet register. In addition, a Vandoren reed in strength 2.0 and a ligature are included.
Includes Case
The whole package comes in a lightweight and sturdy case, equipped with 2 external pockets and backpack straps. While the small top pocket keeps the most important items quickly accessible, the large compartment offers separate slots for bank cards and business cards, pens and much more.
