Therapeutic Singing Bowl for Harmonizing the Body!
The body's energy centers—the chakras—ideally vibrate harmoniously at their natural frequencies. When this harmony is blocked, XDrum's therapeutic singing bowls come into play. Each bowl is tuned to a specific tone and is therefore suited to a particular chakra.
Root Chakra (Muladhara)
The singing bowl tuned to C is used to:
- Strengthen grounding, life force, and assertiveness
- Reduce low self-confidence, depression, anxiety, and fits of anger
Handmade One-of-a-Kind Pieces
XDrum singing bowls are handcrafted in India in a labor-intensive process from a bronze alloy. This alloy consists of a metal mixture of copper, zinc, iron, nickel, aluminum, silver, and gold. The actual size and therefore weight of each individual bowl may vary, since the resulting tone is the primary determining factor.
How to Use
To produce the beneficial sounds and vibrations, the singing bowls are struck or rubbed with a mallet. In this way the bowl can even be brought to sing.
