Der Powermake 800 ist der perfekte Powermixer für kleine Bands, welche auf Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeiten, Geburtstags- oder Firmenfeiern für Stimmung sorgen. Zahlreiche Anschlüsse ermöglichen ein flexibles Setup inklusive Monitoring und die beiden drahtlosen Mikrofone stehen den Gastgebern für Reden und Ansagen zur Verfügung.
Anschlüsse und Regler
Die Kanäle 1 - 8 besitzen sowohl einen Mikrofon- als auch einen symmetrischen Line-Eingang. Zusätzlich zur Bearbeitung mittels 3-Band-EQ kann jedes Signal mit den integrierten Digitaleffekten verfeinert werden. Features wie Peak-Anzeige, Mute-Taster, Panorama-Regler und PFL stehen ebenfalls für jeden Kanalzug zur Verfügung.
Funkmikrofone
Sehr praktisch, wenn die Gastgeber auch was zu sagen haben: Mit einem kurzen Knopfdruck synchronisieren sich die beiden Mikrofone mit dem Empfängermodul und schon kann's losgehen! Das genutzte UHF-Funksignal besitzt eine ordentliche Reichweite und kann innerhalb Deutschlands lizenzfrei genutzt werden.
Wichtige Anmerkung: Beide Mikrofone belegen Kanal 1 des Mischpultes und teilen sich die Klangregelung dieses Kanals. Somit ist eine individuelle Klangbearbeitung der beiden Mikrofone nicht möglich.
Für Aktiv- und Passiv-Lautsprecher geeignet
Die zahlreichen Anschlussmöglichkeiten erlauben ein sehr flexibles Setup: Wie bei jedem gewöhnlichen Mischpult kann das Audiosignal über die Stereo-Ausgänge an eine externe Endstufe oder Aktiv-Lautsprecher geleitet werden. Mit der internen Endstufe werden zudem passive PA-Boxen mit einer Leistung von 2x 380 Watt versorgt. Als besonderen Clou besitzt der Powermake zudem einen Aux-Ausgang, welcher z.B. für das Bühnenmonitoring genutzt werden kann.
Effekteinheit und Equalizer
Insgesamt 100 digitale Effekte stehen zur Verfügung, um für den perfekten Klang zu sorgen. Jeweils einer davon kann ausgewählt und jedem Kanal individuell hinzugemischt werden. Für die Anpassung an die Raumakustik steht ein übersichtlicher, grafischer Equalizer zur Verfügung.
Medienplayer und -recorder
Damit in den Spielpausen keine Langeweile aufkommt, lassen sich über den Medienplayer sowohl Musik von USB als auch per Bluetooth abspielen. Und für unvergessliche Erinnerungen an unvergleichliche Abende kann das Summensignal sogar auf USB aufgenommen werden.

The ability to control both active and passive speakers with this mixer makes this device incredibly flexible. For example, you can easily add 1-2 active subwoofers when they are needed. I previously used a mixer without an amplifier and used it to drive either 1 pair of active speakers or a small satellite system. That was all very well, but the fact that I always had to supply the speakers on each side with additional power cables was always a pain. Especially when things had to be done quickly, this was an additional time-consuming task. With a power mixer and passive loudspeakers, this is reduced to laying the loudspeaker cables.
I don't want to mention the individual functions because you can read about them. I would just like to mention individual points that I noticed.
Pros
- I think the mixer sounds very good. Of course, it always depends on the speakers.
- The device is not very light due to the power amplifier, but it is quite compact without any limitations in terms of operation and clarity.
- The workmanship is impeccable. The faders and rotary controls have good resistance and are not wobbly, as is the case with many other cheaper manufacturers.
- The 7-band EQ on the sum is a great function for fine-tuning the sound and making adjustments to the speakers used.
- The BT function for easy music playback is flawless. Pairing and coupling work perfectly.
- The effects are functional and sound really great (I need a reverb that doesn't sound tinny, that's all and it's there) and are easy to use without having to set x parameters.
Cons
The fan seems quite loud to me and goes to full power from the first second, not only under load. I constantly measured approx. 45 dB. This can be annoying in quiet environments.
All in all, you get a great, practical, flexible power mixer at a very attractive price. I have not regretted the purchase.
