The Perfect Start To The World Of Music!

Thanks to the special Light-Guide function with lighted keys, even absolute beginners can make music playfully on this entry-level keyboard. Develop your skills with the internal songs that include many popular hits, supported by a variety of learning features. Be inspired by the keyboard's precise touch sensitivity, which lets you control the sound's dynamics in detail, and by the authentic, high-quality instrument voices, including grand piano and others. An instrument that brings musical joy to everyone, from children to adults.

Lighted Keys Make Getting Started And Practicing Easy

Just press the keys as they light up and enjoy playing, even if you can't read music or have never touched a keyboard. In addition, the instrument offers 3-step lessons that let you practice the internal songs according to your level—right hand, left hand, or both hands together—and repeat phrases as needed.

Keys To Success

With the Keys To Success function you can select the phrases you need to learn the internal songs and practice them step by step. This lets you focus on practicing key phrases and difficult passages, making learning the songs far more efficient.

3-Step Learning Function

Try learning with the EZ-310's internal songs. Even if you can't read music or don't know which keys to play, the three steps—"listen; learn when the notes sound; and play"—shown on the keyboard display let you practice at home and improve.

Entertaining And Completely Authentic

In addition to the rich, authentic sounds of Yamaha grand pianos, there are 650 internal voices with realistic tones of guitars, basses, drums and other instruments. You can play these sounds with full expressive control. When you strike the keys hard the sound becomes louder; when you strike them gently the sound becomes soft and delicate. This touch-response feature brings out the smallest nuances in your playing so you can express yourself freely.

Voices

Play 650 stunning voices including guitar, bass, strings, saxophone, trumpet, drums and percussion, as well as piano, organ and other classic keyboard instruments, forming a comprehensive library of musical sounds.

Touch Sensitivity

Play on a touch-sensitive keyboard that faithfully reproduces every nuance of your performance and makes your playing more musically expressive. Strike the keys strongly for louder tones, or gently for softer sounds, giving you real dynamic control over your music.

Play And Listen To Your Favorite Songs

The instrument includes 152 songs, including famous pop, classical and piano pieces, so you can play and listen to your favorite music. You can also connect it to your computer and add even more of your personal favorite songs.

Titles

There are a variety of built-in preset songs. You can use the learning functions to support your practice and improve your playing skills. In addition, a free songbook for the preset songs is available—download it after registering from the "EZ-310 related data download" webpage.

Automatic Backing Band At The Push Of A Button

The instrument offers powerful accompaniment functions that automatically add rhythm, bass and chord accompaniment to the chords you play. These are perfectly matched and sound as if you were performing with a full backing band. There is also a convenient Auto Chord Play function that automatically generates musically appropriate chords and helps you expand your musical range.

Auto Chord Play

Playing a Yamaha keyboard is a real joy with the style accompaniment that gives you the feeling of performing with a band even when you play alone. We provide a wealth of video lessons to help you improve your musical skills faster and have more fun. Use these instrument-specific tutorial videos to make self-learning at home even more dynamic.

Smart Chord

With the Smart Chord function you can play with the style accompaniment by simply playing the root note (lowest note) of a chord—you don't even have to play the full chord!

More Features

Super Articulation Lite

"Super Articulation Lite" is a feature that recreates the sound and special playing techniques of instruments that were previously hard to imitate. For example, select a guitar voice—acoustic or electric—and you will hear realistic string noises as you play.

DSP Effects

The EZ-310 is equipped with a DSP ("Digital Signal Processor") that allows you to apply a range of built-in effects such as Delay or Distortion to the sound and tailor them to your performance. When a voice is selected with a recommended DSP setting, the DSP effect is assigned to the main voice part.

Arpeggio Function

Let arpeggios (so-called broken chords) play automatically simply by pressing the appropriate keys. For example, you can play a triad and the arpeggio function will automatically add variations of interesting phrases. This feature is useful for both live performances and music production.

Registration Memory

Save your preferred voices, styles and control panel settings so you can recall them at the touch of a button while playing. That way you don't have to search for sounds, accompaniment styles and settings anymore!

Rec'n'Share

If you want to record a video of your performance and share it on platforms like YouTube or TikTok, Rec'n'Share is the right solution. Connect the EZ-310 to your smart device and record video with audio simultaneously to complete your clip.

USB Audio Recording/Interface

Connect the EZ-310 to your computer via USB for audio and MIDI purposes.

Simple User Interface

When selecting an instrument, accompaniment style or function, you can choose directly using the category/number buttons without needing to use a dial.

Duo Mode

In Duo Mode two people can play the same instrument with the same pitch range at the same time. Enjoy playing piano with friends and family!

Song Book

The song book contains sheet music for the built-in songs and also provides tips for the on-board lessons with images, an index and more. You can download the song book for free from the "EZ-310 related data download" website.

Headphone Jack

By plugging in headphones you can practice without the built-in speakers producing sound.

Recording

The EZ-310 features a recording function that makes practice much easier. You can record your performances and listen back immediately. For example, record the left hand first and then practice the right hand along with it.

Battery Operation

The EZ-310 can be powered either by optional AA batteries or by the supplied AC adapter, so you can play in locations where no mains power is available.
