Yamaha CLP-845 WB Digital Piano, White Birch - Return (Condition: Very Good)

Turn your living room into a concert hall with the Yamaha CLP-845!

The powerful 2-way speaker system with diffusers and the outstanding GrandTouch-S keyboard with wooden keys give pianists of every skill level unprecedented expressive possibilities.

Yamaha uses samples from two world-class concert grand pianos: the bright, brilliant voice of the Yamaha CFX and the warm, deep resonance of the Bösendorfer Imperial. These pianos’ unique sounds feature rich overtones and lively resonances created by the vibrations of the strings and soundboard, and respond authentically to articulation and pedaling. With an even wider range of dynamic expression, Clavinova pianos offer richer tonal nuances than ever before.

In addition, the sounds of these famous pianos were created using binaural sampling. Even when listening through headphones, the voices sound natural and full, preserving the acoustic sound so convincingly that you may almost forget it isn’t coming directly from the instrument itself.

A keyboard that comes close to a grand piano

Each white wooden key on the GrandTouch-S keyboard is made from a single block of solid wood. Yamaha’s woodworking techniques were developed specifically for building acoustic pianos, making the keyboard less susceptible to warping. As a result, the keys offer a solid playing feel.

The GrandTouch and GrandTouch-S keyboards were designed to embody the feel of a grand piano keyboard. The aim is to let pianists feel the keys beneath their fingertips as they would when playing a grand piano, enabling them to produce exactly the sound they want. Pianists shape their sound by sensing changes in the feel and pressure of their fingers during the brief keystroke—from the moment they press a key until it reaches the bottom.

For its GrandTouch and GrandTouch-S keyboards, Yamaha has combined its proven digital piano keyboard structure with unique materials to authentically recreate the sensations pianists experience when playing a grand piano keyboard.

Clear, rich sound for your listening pleasure

The CLP-845’s 2-way speaker system uses separate speakers for bass and mid-to-high frequencies, delivering clear, deep sound.

A pedal feel (almost) like a grand piano

The GrandTouch pedals simulate the unique feel of a grand piano pedal, offering resistance when pressed and returning lightly when released. They were designed to reduce playing fatigue and ensure stable operation. They also provide precise control over the sound, including the option to use half-pedaling.

Bluetooth audio and MIDI

The CLP-845’s built-in Bluetooth lets you connect easily to other devices. This enables wireless transmission of audio and MIDI signals, which is especially useful for practicing or using music apps. Enjoy an even more flexible and convenient playing experience.
