Yamaha CLP-845 PE Digital Piano Polished Ebony - Returned Item (Condition: Very Good)

With The Yamaha CLP-845, Your Living Room Becomes A Concert Hall!

Both the powerful 2-way speaker system with diffusers and the excellent GrandTouch-S keyboard with wooden keys of the Yamaha CLP-845 digital piano offer pianists of every level an unprecedented ability to express themselves.

Yamaha uses samples from two world-class concert grands: the bright, brilliant voice of the Yamaha CFX and the warm, deep resonance of the Bösendorfer Imperial. The unique tones of these pianos are characterized by rich overtones and lively resonances created by the vibration of the strings and the soundboard, and they respond authentically to articulation and pedaling. With an even broader range of dynamic expression, the Clavinova pianos deliver richer tonal nuances than ever before.

In addition, the sounds of these famous pianos were produced with binaural sampling. Even when listening through headphones, the voices sound natural and full, preserving the acoustic character to such an extent that you almost forget the sound doesn't come directly from the acoustic instrument.

Keyboard That Comes Close To A Grand Piano

Each of the white wooden keys of the GrandTouch-S keyboard is crafted from a single block of solid wood. Yamaha's wood-processing techniques were developed specifically for building acoustic pianos to make the keyboard less prone to warping. As a result, the keys provide a robust playing feel.

The GrandTouch and GrandTouch-S keyboards were developed to embody the concept of a keyboard with the playing feel of a grand piano. The aim is to give the pianist the sensation of feeling the keys with the fingertips as if playing a grand, thereby producing exactly the desired sound. Pianists shape their tone by perceiving the changes in feel and pressure of their fingers that occur within the short duration of a keystroke—from the moment they press a key until it reaches its end.

Yamaha combined its proven keyboard structure for digital pianos with unique materials in the GrandTouch and GrandTouch-S keyboards to create an authentic reproduction of the sensations a pianist experiences when playing a grand-piano keyboard.

Clear, Rich Sound For Your Musical Enjoyment

The CLP-845's two-way speaker system uses separate speakers for the low range and for the mid-to-high frequencies, delivering a clear sound with depth.

A Pedal Feel (Almost) Like A Grand Piano

The GrandTouch pedals simulate the unique feel of a grand-piano pedal, offering resistance when pressed and returning slightly when released. They were developed to reduce playing fatigue and ensure stable operation. They also provide precise control over the sound, including the ability to use half-pedal positions.

Bluetooth Audio And MIDI

With the integrated Bluetooth function, the CLP-845 connects effortlessly with other devices. This allows audio and MIDI signals to be transmitted wirelessly, which is especially practical for practicing or using music apps. This makes the playing experience even more flexible and comfortable.
