Innovative Roland Piano With Reality Modeling Technologies!
The LX-5 is an affordable upright piano with top-level sounds that provides an ideal foundation for further pianistic development. The entry model in the LX series delivers a big sound based on the innovative sound technology from the top LX-9 model. Experience the seamless playability of the hybrid keyboard. Benefit from practical digital features that support you equally when playing and learning. And finally: look forward to a maintenance-free future.
Outstanding Expressive Power
The LX-5 combines the full, resonant tone of a grand with the immediate response of an upright. Unlike sample-based pianos that only play back pre-recorded sounds, Roland's Piano Reality Modeling reproduces every sonic aspect of an acoustic piano for a truly immersive musical experience.
Limitless Inspiration
Discover limitless tonal and expressive possibilities that adapt effortlessly to your playing. Gentle keystrokes produce a delicate, warm tone. As intensity increases, the sound brightens while consistently reflecting your attack dynamics. There are no limits to your performance.
Precise Touch Response
Developing clean piano technique requires a keyboard that makes no compromises. With a natural, weighted response you can master even the most demanding technical passages with nuance. The innovative PHA-50 hybrid keyboard blends the feel of a high-quality acoustic piano with outstanding durability you can rely on.
Shape Your Surroundings
Do you want to hear yourself as if you were in a studio, a lounge, a concert hall or a cathedral? With the Piano Reality Ambience feature and the Piano Reality Projection 4-speaker system, you instantly immerse yourself in these four acoustic environments.
Or plug in headphones and lose yourself in the music without disturbing people around you.
Design Forte
Whether as the room's centerpiece or discreetly tucked in a corner - with its compact design the LX-5 blends seamlessly into any environment. The classic upright cabinet gives a distinctive character to a variety of interior styles. Whether your piano sits on the ground floor or an upper story, the LX-5 is delivered in two packages to simplify transport and assembly.
Digital Repertoire
With the unique features of a Roland digital piano you can unleash your creativity while improving your skills. Connect your piano via Bluetooth to the Roland Piano App or other music apps to use digital scores, play along with music from your mobile device and access a range of detailed settings. Play four-hand in the same register with Twin Piano mode, record your performance to track progress, keep time with the built-in metronome and much more.
Your Personal Sound
With the LX-5 you don't need a specialist to optimize your piano's sound. You have direct access to a variety of sound parameters, including tuning and temperament of the strings, resonance, key sensitivity and more.
Find the Perfect Spot
Having trouble picturing the LX-5 in your home? Use Roland's Piano Augmented Reality (AR) feature! Choose the model you want and scan your room with your smartphone. You can then move and place the piano as a 3D model in your space. Adjust the angle, color and finish until the piano harmonizes perfectly with your living environment.
