Silver-Plated Jazz Trumpet From the Yamaha Xeno Series!
The dreams of musicians and designers were realized in the Yamaha Xeno trumpets. Xeno trumpets are developed for musicians who seek a powerful, warm sound with outstanding projection.
Reversed-Type Main Tuning Slide
This Xeno model is characterized by easy response, a comfortable playing feel, a harmonically rich tone and low resistance, as only a 'reversed type' model can provide.
Explanation: Normally the main tuning slide is pushed into the cylindrical tube attached to the leadpipe. On the Yamaha YTR-8335RGS the main tuning slide fits over it - "reversed", in other words, turned the other way round. This constructional difference is also noticeable in the (improved) airflow.
"Heavy" Construction For Stable Sound
The "heavy" construction produces a powerful sound that never breaks even at the highest volumes. The playing feel is always free and comfortable, and thanks to the perfect resistance, Xeno trumpets have a good and fast response as well as maximum tonal flexibility. The hand-hammered one-piece bell guarantees quick and flexible response and a beautiful tone.
After more than 30 years of development work with some of the world's best trumpeters, Xeno trumpets fulfill their wishes and reflect their experience and talents. This has been implemented by technicians who are internationally recognized for their skills. Traditional craftsmanship combined with the latest technology has achieved the highest quality.

Could try it out in a music store, it was love at first sight / sound.
Since I play very quietly, it took a while until I found the right one.
With the Yamaha I get both very soft and very powerful and loud sounds out.
I can recommend this wonderful instrument to everyone.
