Drum School Including Online Audio!

Gert Bomhof focuses his School for Drumset on three essential elements of drumset playing: timing, technique, and sound. This school introduces young drummers first to basic techniques and rules for playing the drumset. But it’s not just about technical mastery; expression is equally emphasized.

In the first volume, the instruments are presented one by one, and rhythms are introduced first in individual building blocks and then combined from various rhythmic patterns. Volume 2 covers many new rhythms. In specially designed technique exercises, called "Technos," new rhythms and elements are developed step by step. Both volumes feature fun solos and drumset duets following new rhythm and technique elements, allowing players to practice what they’ve learned and work on musical expression.
