I find the price-performance ratio of these studio monitors super! They were recommended to me by a friend who has been mixing music for 15 years. My genre is pop music and they are great for that. I can even put them close to the wall and have a good sound. My room is pretty big 25 sq ft and for that the inch ratios are still just adequate. For a smaller room they would certainly be suitable. To make sure the monitors are at head height, I used styrofoam stacks from the packaging as a riser. Works perfectly.
