The ordering process and delivery were flawless. The communication with the shipping company was particularly noteworthy, as they contacted us again 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time.
There were no complaints about the product itself. Assembly was very simple and it looks very high quality. The only drawback is the plastic feet, but they blend in well with the color and therefore do not stand out. The electric piano has a decent touch and is well suited for beginners. We also liked the two headphone outputs.

It is a great instrument with great sounds for beginners as well as experienced players. The weighted keys with the hammer action make it feel like a classical instrument. I managed to assemble it myself in a short time using the enclosed instructions. I'm really excited to see when I can start learning. I'm currently reading up on the instrument and the technique you need to use to play it.
