The size of the amplifier, i.e. the loudspeaker and the resonance body, are decisive for the reproduction of low tones in a bass amplifier. Accordingly, one should not expect too much from the small AK 20. Since elaborate electronics was dispensed with, the amplifier is equipped with the most necessary (which is quite sufficient for me at under 80, - Euro), I can recommend it as a beginner's amplifier with a clear conscience.
