Very easy ordering process and fast delivery. The packaging is absolutely secure but not over the top. Replacing the bulbs was a breeze and the result stunning. The tubes have a very bright light right when switching on. One was defective after a short time and was replaced by Musikhaus Kirstein without any problems, thanks again. I can only recommend the lights and will install more.

Our expectations about the light output was not very high. If no high luminous efficacy is required the tube is OK, but compared to much more expensive LED tubes, the luminous efficacy is rather poor!!!
