Top quality, well made, and great value for money!!! The rack trolley arrived very quickly. As always, communication with Kirstein was excellent.

Packaging:
The individual parts of the rack trolley are packed in foil tubes to protect them from damage to the paintwork. However, the parts are then carelessly placed in the shipping carton, so that it rattles a lot in the shipping carton.
Workmanship:
The trolley is stable, the cross struts provide sufficient support for the rack. The four castors are screwed into a thread in the lower frame with their stud bolts and lock nuts. The open-end wrench supplied for this purpose is slightly oversized and overtightens even with a small amount of force - which is necessary for the not completely deburred threads in the lower frame. The upper shelf is held and fixed in place by a swivel joint with a counter device; too much weight should not be included in the upper frame, otherwise the clamping mechanism will not function securely against twisting.
There are a lot of screws included for fixing 19" devices, plastic or Teflon washers to protect the front of the rack brackets are not included.
Handling:
If, as in my case, a mixing console is provided in the top shelf, some kind of cable holder/support would be useful at the open end, as otherwise the entire weight of the cable ends would act on the rotating mechanism.

Otherwise, the trolley does what it is intended for and the price-performance ratio is right.

Very good rack trolley, stable and contrary to some bad reviews very well processed only 2 rollers were a bit stiff to screw in but are in, there was also the lack of assembly instructions criticized, sad who needs instructions for it, with me he stood after 15 min. completely there 😉
I don't have a direct comparison with the K+M, but if it's any better, that would probably be normal and wouldn't surprise me, as it costs almost 4 times as much.
For the little money you get a top article, I am completely satisfied.

Because of the low price (and some reviews) I had expected to have to touch up and possibly repaint here and there - but the car is really well made and arrived without any flaws or problems. Assembly is self-explanatory and super easy. I can only recommend it, for the price it's unbeatable!

Very good value for money I did not find cheaper, quality side is solid a few flats no assembly instructions but it's pretty easy to understand the symmetry is not perfect, I would have preferred three holes in each unit instead of two, side delivery time should not be hurried damage that your emails are so early in French or German it is the first time I order from you, usually I order from Thomann they have adapted to foreign customers no problem with them, I could recommend you to review the language exchange???? and delivery time thank you very much.

The processing is as mentioned not optimal. I had to edit about 30 min (without flex) edges that the assembly was possible. Overall slightly warped, so that 1 wheel - despite loading - does not have permanent ground contact. The interior was protected for shipping in plastic film, so only a few quirks were visible. A few more screws / "nuts" would be helpful to use more than just 2 for HE.
Otherwise: Kirstein is top - everything is fine. Due to P / L I would buy it again.

Good product, but it could be improved, for example by adding 100mm larger casters and by reinforcing the welds of the bolts on which the casters are screwed.

Positives:
- The rack trolley is solid, holds properly what and looks good assembled and equipped.
- Is well suited for use on stage, or for mobile use.

Negative:
- Unfortunately, a hole was not drilled (left side rear cross brace). Fortunately, I have a stand drill and have re-drilled it myself. Someone who does not have this possibility would have to return the product.
- The supplied wrench has a size between 16 and 17- very inaccurate.
- The rollers have partially rounded nuts (with also not exactly defined size) and were therefore difficult to screw.
- A hole for the foot roller was a little too small, the roller went in only with force.
In combination with round nuts and a key that does not fit exactly a real act to get the rollers pure. Who has its own tool (eg a pipe wrench :) ) will know how to help.

- A construction manual was unfortunately not included. It is all more or less self-explanatory, but would not have been bad.

Regardless of the deducted stars, I would still buy the product again and also recommend it.

I am satisfied with Kirstein's services: well-packed material, fast delivery. But Kirstein should ask the manufacturer (probably in China) to apply for welds. They are coarse and sloppy. The whole is painted, but these small defects are visible.

Super practical rack trolley. Once assembled, it looks really professional. But until then, one is annoyed about the poor packaging, which leads to the fact that most metal parts are scratched. Rackschien I had to bend also first again straight ;o( One will say to me, with this price ........ but actually a pity. Otherwise it would be "TIP TOP"

Otherwise the Musikhaus Kirstein was really top with the delivery. Ordered on Tuesday, delivered on Wednesday in Luxembourg. That is SERVICE !

I bought this rack trolley to put my mixing desk, a 3u amp, a 1u UHF microphone rack receiver, a 1u rack power strip.
It's perfect, everything fits without any problem.
The trolley is really very solid and the adjustable tilt is very practical.
The shipment was very fast, and the transport was very efficient, despite the 2 successive holidays.
I don't regret my purchase from Kirsten.

The rack trolley is very practical, I use it to install 19" racks in the home studio. Mixer is not installed with. Good that the trolley is on (very good going) wheels, it can be easily moved for cabling. The price-performance ratio is also excellent. For well under 100 € you have otherwise hardly the possibility to install a total of 21 HE.

However, I would have gladly paid 5 € more, if the parts had been reasonably packaged. The individual parts are not connected to each other and rattle around loose in the windy box. Until it arrived with me the cardboard was already quite tattered and the parts almost fell out. Thus, they had also got some quirks and scuffs. Actually a pity. With the damages the car looks a bit cheap. If it would arrive by a better packaging undamaged and thus more valuable to the customer would be the added value higher than the cost. My tip would be first to tie the parts with 3, 4 cable ties together, further for the box choose a more stable material.

The trolley comes as mentioned in parts. The assembly is self-explanatory and quite simple. An assembly instruction is not included, I think such would be quite advantageous for less crafty people

The rack cart was super poorly packaged, the individual parts flew around only with a thin film, in the heavily crushed, torn and unstable cardboard. Therefore, quirks, scratches and both rack rails, to which the devices are screwed, were bent. Not enough nuts and bolts....

Rack trolley is easy to assemble, is stable and excellent for studio purposes, built-in devices have enough space and are optimally accessible ! Suggestion: perhaps the manufacturer could supply a custom-fit sheet metal tray for better support of heavier Enstuffen in the floor area!

Am very satisfied with this product. Especially the lockable rollers are a super plus that Konkurenz products in the same price range do not have. First inhibited me the construction without a manual, but who knows something technically creates it "as you go along". Only please note that the lower screws can be tightened only AFTER hooking the folding top, otherwise the holder does not snap.
From the manufacturer only 1 shortcoming (but does not bother me): the folding top is not 100% when I press down (1 cm difference).
Conclusion: only to recommend!
