Unfortunately, the packaging was extremely poor (box much too large, without appropriate padding, then still shipping by DPD - unfortunately, experience shows no guarantee for careful handling of the goods -, box was so dented that it is a miracle that the flute was not damaged.

With the Moeck 1212 school recorder Baroque pear we are very satisfied, because it has a softer long than a previous recorder, which was used for basic musical training. And the above recorder was sent quickly and well packaged, so that we could start directly with the musical exercises.

After just under a week, the flute was delivered. It can be played well and has a soft, warm tone. Unfortunately, our copy was a pretty strong grain discoloration in the area of the lowest tone holes present.

The recorder is beautifully finished and has a very pleasant sound.

However, the delivery with DPD was very unpleasant. The driver did not want to deliver the parcel (he did not try to drive to our home, although we waited for him to do so). Instead, he took the package to a pickup shop where I had to pick up the package two days later!!!!

It is the ideal flute for beginners. Top price-performance ratio.

We were looking for a recorder for an advanced beginner made of natural products. At Kirstein we found a high-quality recorder without plastic additives, including a 100% cotton bag with various accessories at a reasonable price.

This flute is highly recommended for beginners and returners. It is well made and has a beautiful sound. It comes in an attractive textile bag with wipe stick. Unfortunately, the small tin with cork wax (Vaseline) is missing, I will have to order extra. Otherwise flawless, fast delivery.

Thank you very much for the great product. Unfortunately, your logistics partner DPD has not bothered to ring. Thus, the package has unfortunately been delivered after Christmas. We are also aware that the parcel volume before 24 December is enormous, but the driver in Penzberg has also really no desire. That's why we no longer ship with DPD. So my daughter gets the flute only at Easter.
For this reason, we will make future purchases again directly in your headquarters in Schongau, there one is always competently advised and the employees in the delivery warehouse are nice and helpful when loading. This is what happened to us when we bought an electric piano.

The flute is great for my son. A great beginner instrument. Warm sound and beautiful workmanship.
Only: The delivery time (order to door) of one week is almost out of the question. If I had not had a voucher, I would have canceled. If the indication is 1-2 days, the arrival should not be after a week. And blaming everything on the carrier is made too easy.
Therefore, two points deduction.
Nevertheless , the flute is great.
