The stand is very stable. Even a book can be clamped. We are very satisfied.

I bought this table stand to put a score on a grand piano when the cover is closed. It works perfectly. The description doesn't say that the small clamps on the lower part are foldable. That's good to know. To be sure not to scratch the varnish of the piano, I glued 2 washers of adhesive felt on the rectilinear part of the music stand. So it's perfect.

This table music stand is not quite as nimble to pull apart and weighs twice as much as from K&M 447 g instead of 240 g - but stands more firmly. Furthermore, this article has an almost double shelf width and it has side holders, so that very well fits a book and remains open.
