The piano is very nice, the sound is great! The customer service or rather the lovely lady on the phone was very friendly. The delivery was prompt and unproblematic. The assembly of the piano was easy. Thank you very much!

The product delivered was exactly as described. However, I had a problem with the supplier. My son had specifically stayed home to receive the delivery and when he didn't see anyone coming, he called me and I tried to contact the supplier several times without getting a response. When I got home from work that evening, I found a pallet in front of the garage door (not visible from the apartment window) with the piano on it. At the mercy of the elements, luckily for me it hadn't rained. Otherwise the item would be. Unusable.
Finally, the delivery man had delivered, but I assume the piano was heavy and he didn't ring or call to announce its arrival, so he didn't have to leave it in the hallway and the package was at the mercy of everyone and the weather. Which considering the price. And the nature of the item is particularly annoying.

The piano is particularly beautiful and offers a wide range of sounds. Excellent value for money. Very easy to assemble if you are a little handy. It took two of us less than 10 minutes. It arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. Delivery took two days longer than expected, but customer service was very responsive, attentive, reliable, and very professional. The delivery person was also very accommodating and helpful, even though he had to come by three times because I wasn't there. No complaints: the product and service are extremely positive. I would recommend it without hesitation.
