We bought this keyboard for our child (8 years old). It's great, the functions are great, as is the microphone and the headphones are of course also an advantage when you need some peace and quiet.

Just the right instrument for our little son to try. Best with the headphones. He can turn up the volume. For the price range completely okay and sufficient for playing. Top.

The delivery was relatively quick. The shipping information was great.
The keyboard is as expected and meets our requirements totally. Super entry-level model. The headphones are not outstanding, but serve their purpose. The microphone is unnecessary for us.

The basic volume is somewhat loud but can be turned down. Otherwise, you take the headphones, which can also be turned down again (recommended for children's ears). The sound is good. Everything is fine from a layman's point of view.

The keyboard was a great success as a gift for a child. It is interested in playing the keyboard and finds a great start. A good quality for a small price. We can recommend the keyboard!

For beginners absolutely recommendable in terms of price and performance. Much complained about the volume when switching on. Yes it is very loud ... but you can also simply remember as a first step to regulate the volume down. Delivery was very fast. We are completely satisfied with our choice.

We had deliberately opted for a smaller regional provider, even if there was the device 20% cheaper at the largest mail order company in the industry. We have not regretted it: fast, uncomplicated without complaints-thank you and hereby clearly "thumbs up" for a recommendation!!!

I bought this piano because I'm a total beginner, I've never touched any other piano in my life. It's light, easy to use. The sound is of very good quality, the only thing I have to reproach is the volume: you can only adjust it with two buttons (volume + and volume -) but even at the very least the sound remains very loud. Then after a few minutes without using it, the sound automatically resets to the maximum which sometimes causes some surprises, one should not have sensitive ears... When you connect headphones to the piano, the sound is MUCH too loud (even at the minimum) so it is impossible to play with headphones without bursting your eardrums. I didn't test the headphones that comes with it because I already had a very good quality one, so I gave it to someone else, and I didn't test the microphone either.

To conclude, very good piano for beginners (no matter the age, it can be suitable for children as well as adults) but pay attention to the volume. I still recommend it.

I bought the keyboard for my granddaughter's 4th birthday.
In the best case it should have normal sized keys, be polyphonic, have a volume control and possibly a headphone jack.
First the advice.
Unfortunately, there is no information in the description about the size of the keyboard, polyphony and velocity.
On a mail inquiry I received then but also immediately the answer. multiple polyphony, no velocity (for a four-year-old child certainly not important) and normal sized keys.
About the keyboard:
The 16 sounds are sufficient. They don't sound like what they're billed as anyway. But the sound is bearable. For the price I got what I wanted.
The keyboard was also delivered immediately, which led to the biggest problem in the delivery. Therefore also one star less.
The deliverer was unfortunately DPD.
The package was then actually - you can hardly believe it - full three days in my neighborhood driven. (With DPD you can locate the vehicle and get a regular update at what time the package is supposed to be delivered). Unfortunately it was not delivered. So you can also tie up your customers at home.
The package was not delivered until Saturday at 17:00.
This is of course not possible. Kirstein should consider whether the supplier DPD should continue to be used as a "regular supplier". I assume that there are certainly more complaints in this regard. This is not the first time that DPD has struck me negatively.

Great keyboard with many functions. Ideal for beginner/child.

Happy with the features, but the connectors seem to be of poor quality: false contacts from the first use.

Please note that the manual is in German and English but not in French.

I chose the McGrey BK 4910 as a beginner keyboard because I am a choir member in the Hans Sachs Choir and would like to play myself some passages to practice. The product I chose meets all my requirements and even more. I discovered that I enjoy experimenting. Dealing with rhythm and different sounds, that's fun.

We got the keyboard as a gift for our little daughter (5) and did not expect too much. Nevertheless, it is almost an achievement to screw up the usability of an already cheap instrument again. Biggest shortcoming: the volume control. Well, who can find it? Well, of course: On the top left of the function keys. If you switch on the "instrument", it is super loud at first. Then you have to quickly turn it down, which is only possible in rough steps. The previous setting is of course not noticed, the thing ALWAYS starts murderously loud. Would it have been so much more expensive to install a slide or rotary control?
Just as adventurously illogical is how the voices ("timbres") are selected: via the drum keys, if you press the grey semicircles in front of them. But also via the right key block. Makes two selections for the same function.
Otherwise, the keyboard sounds as bad as you can expect from this price range. The instrument voices remind only with a lot of imagination of what they should represent. The drum sounds as well. The keys are not velocity sensitive, it's all or nothing. The included microphone produces a high basic noise as soon as it is connected. You quickly get over the 6 demo songs (as an adult at least).
Yes, I know, what can you expect for this price? Overall, it's okay for teaching a five year old "All My Ducklings". But it's not good for anything more and therefore it's bordering on a waste of material.
