Customer ratings for GHS FastFret Pflegemittel für Saiteninstrumente

I have known FastFret since the 80s and still like to use it.
Unfortunately, in terms of quality, it is not quite what it was almost 35 years ago. First, it was much more productive and larger back then. In addition, the material has probably changed a little bit. There is more and more small lint stuck to the strings after use and as mentioned it has been made at least 30% smaller. But it's still great for keeping the fretboard clean and the strings supple both before and after playing.
So belongs in every guitar case.

Am very satisfied with it. The strings are nice and clean and smell good.

Smells good and seems to really clean. Anyway, at the cloth then some dirt can be found.

In the product photo, the "stamp" appears to be made of wood. Supplied is black plastic. The highlight: The container is completely empty, only the cushion for applying the what -ever - contained solution is slightly moist.
According to Kirstein, "I guess it has to be..."
How long is this supposed to last, and why the technical effort ? A cloth soaked with Ballistol does it better - and cheaper !
Conclusion: A real product flop !

Actually, it is known why to use this product and it keeps what it promises. However, I wonder why they have not made it refillable at least once.
