Nothing to complain about: very good quality, easy to assemble, fast and worry-free delivery. Now just have to see how it looks with use, but very satisfied with this purchase!

The piano has a really good sound, was easy to assemble and gives my granddaughter a lot of pleasure.
The packaging was quite damaged, but the piano has thank God nothing a gekriegt.
Only with the appointment with the shipping company I was not entirely satisfied.
But I would recommend it without reservation.

Excellent product, quality, we have after a month a small problem with a key that raised slightly I hope to solve.While writing my son tells me that even the headphones do not work from the beginning.

The epiano is perfect, spacious, good sound, many extras and also well suited for children, top price.

We bought the piano with bench and headphones enticed by the lowest price found on the net for similar products.
The delivery was very quick, even considering the period we are living, the piano reflects what is advertised and meets our expectations.
Now we just have to learn to play.

There is a star deduction because a wooden part is not properly sawn out and we now have a small gap at the foot ... This is in a not so well visible place. Therefore, it disturbs little:)

The piano is as expected, however there is a problem with the audio output for the headphones, impossible to listen to the sound through the headphones despite the supplied jack plug adapter. I also tried with other headphones and external speakers, it's the same problem. Is this a recurring problem? The headphones work fine on other media.

A problem with the 1st delivery 05/09 that never arrived, but after contact with the after-sales service, refund and new order that I finally received on 11/10. A little disappointed that there was no commercial gesture from the seller.
Otherwise, very good piano, my daughter is more than delighted. Very good sound and very good features. The headphones and the stool are very good too. It's a pity that the learning method is not translated into French. I recommend this digital piano 100%. I remove a star because birthday gift from my daughter on 12/09 and piano received on 11/10.

Everything works fine except for the headphones. The headphones are not compatible with the piano, but they work fine with other devices. The piano works perfectly. I am a woman and assembled it myself. I highly recommend this product.

I am one very happy customer,cause I've got this handsome piece of furniture and it's all mine,great looking piano,will have too get used to hammer keys bit strange, but I'm so excited I have a proper looking piano,and 88 keys too.that is really strange but good for my practice,had a bit of a time building it cause I'm not a DIY fan but I got there and no swear words, wow..glad I bought it from you and will keep you in mind.only one problem boxes were full of dust,it looked like the boxes lay for months,should have been cleaned off, but that was minor once i opened up i was truck driver for 30 years customer always right. The product is very good mostly given the price. For a future upgrade of the piano I will not hesitate to buy again from them

After a week of use, the first impression is good overall. Long-term use will show its value. Assembly was problem-free. The operating instructions for the large number of function buttons and the menu are inadequate.

Since this is my first piano I was of course very excited and I was not disappointed. The construction went quite fast with two. It is a super nice piano with everything you need at the beginning.
