One of the best audio interfaces I have ever used

I knew that, interface is a very good in its price range but that it so convinced I would not have thought.
I have previously used Behringer Uphoria 404 HD as a sound card and that can not keep up with the Scarlett by far also the installation Top, connect and then it goes directly step by step, It is very stable the knobs have slight resistance also Top
It is the first interface where I can say it can do more than just the record with XLR possible the sound improvement is clearly noticeable also the processed Amp's are very high quality my Rode NT 1A sounds even higher quality.
Conclusion do not save at the wrong end the interface in its price range the best.

Due to Korona the delivery took a little longer. Completely uncomplicated was the Instalation. After 2 minutes, the interface was functional. Still set the latency. And now the part provides completely inconspicuous his service in the audio chain. That's exactly how I imagined it after my old interface (Zoom UAC2) suddenly gave up the ghost. I use the interface as a copy from an analog Soundcraft console to the DAW.

That's it, just great, I made my first recordings since yesterday and today. This unit is complicated, if you download Ableton Live 11 Lite, which is one of the additional plugin packages, it opens up a whole new world. I just did some basic simple stuff, a few chords on the guitar and some blowing through the mic which you can then adjust with delay or reverb, so I'll try that out next week. I had problems yesterday, instead of using the audio channels I used the midi channels, everything worked but to my dismay I couldn't record, I had sound with mic and guitar and the box where you see the recording went from left to right with no indicator off, so no recording. Well is it broken or what, so I had to go to the Ableton website and look at the tutorial videos, ha found one turned on the audio channels and not the midi, ok the audio channels and the rest of the instructions followed correctly, and yes I can record again. I am very happy with this package, at first you are just scared of it, all the possibilities you have, you don't even need an instrument with Ableton Live 11 Lite, there are so many digital instruments in the package that you can imitate a whole orchestra with it, and mix everything, a violin here, a little piano there, the drums in between, some brass and so on. Thanks to Ableton's tutorial videos, you can get very far and also save yourself a lot of reading, because Ableton's manual is 800 pages long. I don't know much about it yet, but then again I just got the product, the headphones and mic I haven't used yet look good, but I've been using my old mic (also a condenser) and my old headphones. I have been looking for a good, simple and inexpensive entry-level interface and have found the Focusrite Scarlett Solo. I use it to record my guitar and my voice. Works great and via the headphone control, the volume is super adjustable. I would buy again and again.

Easy to use, you are super introduced to the basic functions, Air function to record your voice sounds great, am super satisfied!

So positive, all top, although I could not yet test everything, but e-gitare runs, no delay when signal between Pc via the music card and the headphones comes in.
The only minus point, that does not really bother me now, but would not be bad if you could turn off the device by pressing a button. Otherwise when I'm at the PC the Usb light is on and the is actually in function, but as soon as computer is in energy saving mode, the device is also switched off. No idea if it will matter in the long run, but I prefer to turn off what I don't need. And that only works if I unplug usb, which of course I won't do.

Very complex for beginners, but the shots have a good quality.
I think there is much to discover and try.
I am satisfied.
