Customer ratings for Digitech TRIO+ Band Creator Set with FS3X Footswitch

I bought the Digitech TRIO+ Band Creator Set with FS3X foot switch for rhythm accompaniment on the guitar and for generating ideas. I'm still trying it out, but it's already opening up whole new worlds. What I haven't figured out yet, and what hasn't been explained in any YouTube videos, is whether you can turn the loop track on and off independently of the band, i.e., I want to record a solo via loop and then activate and deactivate it as needed. It's also a bit difficult to teach the band to play the right rhythm and drum sequence for the song. Some things are pretty close, but not 100% yet. You also have to get used to the foot switch first. Switching, especially between style variations, is a bit tricky. That's why I'm only giving it 4 stars for now.

I was actually looking for a multitrack looper when I came across the Digitech Trio+ during my research. It's not a multitrack looper, but what makes it so special that it keeps appearing in the recommendation lists...? A few YouTube videos later, I knew that this pedal, which has been on the market for almost 10 years, does exactly what I've been looking for for ages. A device in which you record your song ideas and then you get the drum part and a bass line played to it. And the whole thing works really well. The fact that the Trio+ "only" has one looper track no longer bothers me at all. What convinced me immediately was the incredibly intuitive operation! Independent control of all three tracks for drum, bass and the loop, perfectly accessible selection of styles and patterns as well as their variants (incidentally also 3 variants for the bass lines) via two rotary controls, 5 different song parts that can be easily arranged as a sequence at the touch of a button... then there's a count-in before recording the loop at the touch of a button, infinitely variable tempo adjustment of all tracks (including the loop!) via a rotary knob and a separate effect path for looping in additional effects. But that's not all, the outputs can be sent separately to the guitar amp and the full-range speakers (for the drum parts and bassline), or you can use the headphone output, which also has its own volume control via a rotary knob. There are also two different amp models for each style if you don't have anything else to hand. And as I said, the whole thing is super easy to use, without any display or menus. You can tell that the Trio+ has been thought through down to the last detail, there is not one button, LED or connection too many or too few. I recommend taking a look at the operating concept on YouTube and then you can get started right away.
With the optional FS3X foot pedal, operation becomes even more flexible, the three different modes are also very easy to select, the pedal makes a lot of sense, especially if you have the Trio+ on the table for operation and then still want to operate the time-critical things on the floor.
As I also have a Jamman Stereo from Digitech in use, which also fits the FS3X footswitch, this was of course also ordered, and the necessary stereo cable for connection is also included with the switch.
To summarize, I can only say that this pedal is awesome and has completely fulfilled my expectations, the operation is just a dream and looping and practicing songs is addictive.
The delivery from Kirstein (matching the Trio+) was also perfect and to my complete satisfaction ;-)

Anyone expecting a high-tech drum computer with 1000s of bass riffs can stop reading now.
But.......
But if, like me (65 and retired), you enjoy music and are tired of going to the rehearsal room for every song, if you write songs, if you are a songwriter and maybe want to have your "own blues trio" at home, you should consider this thing.
Plug it in, wire it up and off you go. If not, there is a manual. After 2 hours of turning/pushing around, you'll see the first results. And if not... OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!!!
At the moment I'm sending everything through a Fender Champion 20, but I'm going to connect a small acoustic amp to the mixer out. So the Champion belongs to the possible loop and the guitar alone. I also have the foot pedal, but haven't tested it yet.

The device is TOP, so there are full points (stars).......was I criticize the delivery service DPD.......dieser has the box without ringing simply thrown on the terrace, although it was rainy. Fortunately, my wife was able to get it in right away, otherwise the electronics would have been damaged under certain circumstances. Maybe better to send with DPD
