Piano received quickly and completely in accordance with the photos.
Nice sound and several accessories but difficult to use because the instructions are in German.

The piano is well vearbeitet, the assembly is very simple (also super shown in the video).
The hammer action of the keyboard is a nice attempt in this direction to approach something to the classical piano, but still a good deal away. For some not demanding beginners certainly an attractive feature.
For those who want to really bring feeling into their playing, however, it can quickly become frustrating (especially if you've sat at a piano before and really felt like learning when pressing the keys).
The many setting options were rather completely superfluous for me (drums, percussions,...).

The keystroke advance when releasing shows an unsightly noise, which is certainly also present with pianos, but there it sounds different. If headphones are played (not too loud), this can also be heard here and a person in the room who might want to read, will, according to my impression (and ideas of "quiet"), quickly flee or swear.

I will compare the keyboard of the piano with the closing of a car door:
the small cars of the cheaper manufacturers sound just different than those of the more expensive (German) manufacturers.

In the end, it's certainly the financial possibilities that decide, but if you want to enjoy the sound and have fun playing, you should look around in the Clavinova world and save up (or finance) for it.

I dared the jump to the CLP-775 and do not regret a second!

Remark:
I had a weird reverberation (noise) with the instrument, which was there even when playing in the metronome (but not in the headphones).
The technical department of Kirstein wanted to check this - I have no result, because I returned the piano.
A big praise for the order process, the help from the service and the extremely competent and friendly telephone support.
The return delivery and the MoneyBack process was impeccable.

A beautiful piano was delivered. Nice man: even carried the piano up to the 1st floor, got a good tip for it of course. Alone, that would have been a bit heavy.

All good. After the heaviest landed on the second floor, all was well. I was able to elicit the first notes from the fine device. Now it's time to practice.

I purchased a DP-A 310 piano, I am very pleased with the product, it is as described. Arrived on time, very neat packaging. I would recommend it to anyone with needs.

2 days from the order to the first attempts to play the piano. An order can almost not be faster. When unpacking noticed that someone has run with his work shoes over the package with the piano. Very well. Documented and as long as the piano works I don't mind. But it should be noted that the shipping company should treat a package with an instrument a little more delicately.
The piano inspires me. I've only been playing the piano for a short time and only had a small budget available, but I wanted a piano with 88 keys and velocity and 3 pedals. The instrument is very easy to set up and is a pleasure to play. The sound is worlds better than my (8 year old) Yamaha keyboard, but certainly can't compete with current Yamaha or Roland EPianos. But of course you have to cut back somewhere if you don't want to spend too much.
The supplied headphones and the "piano school" leave a little to be desired. The feel of the headphones also reflects the sound they deliver. Here you should reach for other, higher quality headphones. The piano school is unfortunately only a small booklet with very basic exercises that you have very quickly through. If it wasn't too much trouble, I would just buy the piano and send the set back.
What still puzzled me a bit regarding the order was the missing invoice. I was already worried that I had disposed of it together with the packaging, but according to customer service there is no invoice included in the package. So I wrote an email and requested an invoice. Went without problems, but is actually unnecessary.
All in all, I am very satisfied with the piano. I can hardly recommend anything better for beginners. If you get to the point of really playing this instrument extensively, you will eventually buy a Yamaha or Roland piano. But that is only worthwhile if you really know how to use the instrument.

We liked it very much. Our daughter is thrilled with the instrument.
But we did not like the delivery. The postman only brought the parcel to the front door, and my father had to carry it upstairs to the apartment. It was also really heavy. You have to carry it two by two, and my father had dragged it all.

With USB 3. equipment would have been the Beweftung 5.

But please never again DHL France : 1 day from Augsburg to the French border but then 6 days to Abrest (near Vichy), including 3 days for Lyon-Vichy (150 km).

I ordered my first electronic piano with great anticipation. The shipping was fast and the customer service answered all my questions.... The shipping company brought the delivery already in a very damaged box and unfortunately the piano is also provided with scratches and bursts. This clouded my joy very much... Unfortunately, the accompanying headphones and the beginner's booklet to learn piano were missing. But would be delivered immediately. They accommodated me price-wise with approx. 10% but nevertheless I am a little disappointed about the damaged piano. It plays perfectly and sounds really very nice. Also the stool convinces with quality. Due to the defective optics unfortunately only 3 stars

A very nice piano that has found its place in the beautiful surroundings of the living room.
Since I am an accordion player, I have to deal with the new feeling of the keys in the coming days. The keys are really great and you think you have a real piano in front of you. The sound is good. The powerful speakers of the hi-fi system of course reproduce the piano sound much better.

With the accompaniment I will wait a little until the security and coordination on the keys is good. But for now, the accompaniment and the other technical features makes a very good impression.

For this price I would buy this electric piano again.

So I chose the piano after reading a lot in internet of which good characteristics an E-Piano should have. Even though it did not have yet a lot of reviews here on this webpage I decided to give it a try, and I cannot be happier of my decision!

First of all, the piano is SUPER beautiful, perfect size, looks good, it is not so heavy but also not so light and was easy to build. It feels amazing. I am use to play in a normal piano, and the feeling is very similar to the feeling of playing on a real piano. Even though the keys are not wooden, they feel really good and are heavy and deep, very different to the keys of a keyboard and very similar to the keys of a real piano.

The option to ply with the headsets is amazing. In the begining I was not nonvinced if I would like it or not, but while playing with headsets the sound quality was so good that I thought I was playing without anything, and the headsets are big enough that they don't bother on my ears. it is very practical if one wants to play late in the evening, or if like in my case, I live in an apartment, and after two hours playing, I prefer to afterwards connect the headsets, to noth bother my neighbours so much.

The bank has also high quality, is comforable and easy to asamble.

In general I recommend this piano to everybody, I think price-quality is the best offer in the market.

Good product, for the whole family. Simple assembly. Only the delivery came not as at the announced time window 12-16 clock, but already at 10 clock, there was no one at home. Thanks to nice neighbors could still accept the heavy delivery. When delivering I recommend to accept the package in pairs, because it is heavy and unwieldy for one.

To choose my purchase I have moved between two musical instrument websites: yours (Kirstein) and Thomann instruments. I chose you because of the great variety and options you offered, Thomann was not bad either, but in terms of price-quality ratio I preferred you. The product has arrived in good condition and has not disappointed, although you have failed to deliver the instructions in Spanish, for a Spaniard the German language is like for a German the Spanish language. You give enough information about the qualities and details of your products on your website, but sometimes it varies a little depending on the language, I think you should improve it. All in all very satisfied.

After extensive research and consideration, I decided on the DP310.
I wanted to start playing the piano again after a long time and I am thrilled. Through the many different options, each song can be individually set to music. The sound is full (and could already be heard at 75% volume adraußen on the street).
The surface has a fine wood grain, so makes visually also a lot, the cord cover of the piano bench can also be easily replaced, since the entire seat is not firmly attached to the wood.
The delivery was fast and as agreed (within 3 days).
Also this product has (not mentioned in the description) an automatic shutdown after 30 minutes.
Only small negative point: the headphones fit only with adapter, which was not supplied.

We are very satisfied. The piano has a great sound and priced we find it also good. What we did not like is that a corner was chipped at stool and the white Faarbe is something off.

Delivery was very fast, quality is very good and the sound of the piano is convincing, it is really fun to practice with it. The masses of functions I have to explore only with time!

The electric piano arrived very well packaged and after a very short delivery time.
