Customer ratings for Classic Cantabile CLK-10 Bb Clarinet, ABS, Boehm System - Return (Condition: very good)

I bought the CLK-10 clarinet used at Kirstein for only 94, - euros and am thrilled by the quality! It is light, sounds beautiful, responds well, the thumb lever is easily adjustable. Overall, a top instrument for beginners!

This instrument is very good for me as a newcomer.

The clarinet makes an absolutely satisfactory impression after the first play. Pleasant sound, trouble-free mechanics and an attractive appearance.
The supplied mouthpiece, however, was exchanged for a Yamaha mouthpiece.
Conclusion: Absolutely recommendable for beginners. Unfortunately, nothing can be said about the stability of the instrument.

Very good so she is already good but the mouthpiece is not so great

I bought this clarinet because I didn't know if I wanted to stick with it. Right away, you can not ignore the price! But the clarinet is good for the price. I bought a Yamaha 4C mouthpiece, because the supplied mouthpiece is bad (Especially for beginners, because almost not playable). Be sure to also order reeds, as the supplied are also of poor quality. Otherwise, I can recommend the clarinet. The sound is ok for ABS plastic. But that was not what I was looking for when I bought it. So my recommendation: Take this clarinet for just under 100 EUR instead of buying the next higher level for just under 200 EUR. Because this one won't be much better. Better take some money in your hand and buy an additional mouthpiece. If you then really stick with it, you have to enter the class >500 EUR anyway to really get something good. But this clarinet also does not have this claim.
