Cello OK, bow miserable

The bow did not even survive the first colophonizing. However, thanks to the great support from Kirstein, it was replaced without a hitch.
The cello is perfectly OK for beginners, holds the tuning and is decently finished.
I am very pleased

Learned violin as a child and have long wanted to fulfill my desire to switch to cello. You can't go wrong with this instrument. It is the ideal instrument for beginners.
You don't spend a lot of money right away, but you still get a relatively good instrument that you're sure to enjoy as your learning progresses. It feels high-quality and makes a good impression overall.
The case is also surprisingly good, you can leave it for now.
The bow could be better, but you can buy it later.

I especially like that the instrument is made of solid wood. Also very pleasing was that the bridge is already pre-machined. Especially if you've never played the cello before, you wouldn't know exactly how much to file off where. The flaming is also nice, makes the instrument look a little less older and more upscale. I imagine you wouldn't guess the cheap price at first glance.
The sound I like so far also good, but I can not yet say so much, because I'm just starting.

For beginners and certainly for more advanced students who do not want to or can not spend so much money, it is a good choice. For the price, I'm thrilled. I wouldn't recommend something much cheaper for beginners either who don't want to just give it a try. Otherwise you have to buy a "decent" instrument a few months later and then spend more overall.
Good quality

We were skeptical at first if we should order it online.... then we did and the cello arrived very on time. The case is high quality and with wheels, is a relief to drag !!!! And as it is so common with new instruments, it must be played often so that it is no longer so quickly out of tune. Letzen3ndes it was a good decision. We also bought the guitar here.
Good price - performance ratio :-)

I'm only a beginner and can't really judge the quality, but my cello teacher is thrilled!

Already owner of a classic cantabile CP 100 model, I wanted to evaluate and move on to the Brioso model. The result is incredible, the solid spruce soundboard is a real plus. The instrument becomes more powerful, the sound warmer, woody, pure, a real treat, for 429 euros, what an instrument and what a sound !!!!! nothing like my CP100 which had its limits.
Be careful, of course I changed the original strings for D'addario. The bridge is not to be changed, it's a quality "heilojiang", certainly prepared and cut a little high, but for the moment it suits me without having to readjust it.
The finishing of the instrument is also done. The fingerboard seems to be made of ebony, and the pegs are. The varnish is of good quality, and the core is well placed and adjusted. There is just a nasty trace of glue inside the case, but it doesn't matter.
Bravo, for this price you have a real cello that sounds very very clean and melodious.
The hard case provided is a big plus. I did not use the bow that comes with it, having a carbon model...
Congratulations for this cello with a quality/price ratio that rivals models almost twice as expensive from other dealers.
Cello was not playable

My first impression was great, but after the first few days and the first trial lesson with my cello teacher I had to realize that it had significant flaws. The trolley is super stable the bow is junk!
So I made an appointment with a luthier and he found out that nothing was right with the instrument. He said that he could bring it for 400 € in a playable condition, but advised me not to.
So I turned to the music house Kirstein to send it back. That went also over Mail everything super. I had not picked up the box (simple brown box) and pointed it out directly. Then I got an email with instructions on how to pack the instrument. This I have also done.
Today I got the confirmation that the cello has arrived but they retain 10% of the sale price because it is not the right box. I find this outrageous, if they insist on this, this will be my last order here.
Too bad so far I was always very satisfied.

Today came the cello. Thank you to the carrier because he was informed in advance of the delivery by telephone.
Checking the package is flawless no problem
Arrived on time as announced by the seller.
Now I just have to mount the easel, tune it and try it out.
Nothing wrong with the correct seller and I recommend it to anyone who would like an instrument in their home.
