Die Notenmappe hat seit jeher über 31,50 € gekostet. Vor zwei Jahren wurde der Preis aufgrund veränderter Einkaufskonditionen auf 33,90 erhöht. Eine weitere Preisanpassung erfolgte im Januar 2017 auf 35,99 € und seit Mai 2018 kostet die Notenmappe 37,99 €.
Unsere Preise sind so knapp kalkuliert, dass wir unseren Kunden immer den besten Preis geben können. Auf der anderen Seite müssen wir natürlich hin und wieder Preiserhöhungen aufgrund von höheren Einkaufspreisen oder Währungsschwankungen berücksichtigen.

Wenn es so ist, wie Sie schreiben (mir ist das natürlich nicht möglich, nachzuforschen), dann will ich mich für meinen scharfen Ton entschuldigen und mich für Ihre sachliche Antwort bedanken. Der Grund für diese Bewertung war, dass meine Sängerkollegen Anfang Dezember im Kollektiv diese Mappe bestellt haben und ich Ende April ebenfalls eine bestellte. Der enorme Preisunterschied hat mich deshalb ein wenig schockiert, ist aber selbstverständlich - was mir nicht bewusst war - mit einem adventlichen Sonderangebot erklärbar.
