I have music experience, but not on the piano. Have decided after much searching and reading for this set and am very satisfied! The sound is great, it plays well and makes with the wooden stand and stool also visually what her. The headphones are perhaps nothing special, but very practical for playing in a multi-party house. Price performance is top!

At the age of 58, I am just starting to learn to play the piano, so I am a complete beginner. Therefore, I was looking for a beginner's set with a good price-performance ratio, but which offers me all the features of a full-fledged piano, i.e. 88 large keys with touch response, the possibility to connect classical pedals later and especially the possibility to practice with headphones, so as not to stress my fellow human beings ;-). This is what the Casio CDP-S100 BK Compact Piano Set offers me, which I ordered in black. My piano teacher thinks I made a good start with it :-).

Stool, piano stand and also the piano itself make a valuable and stable impression and were also very well packaged, so that everything arrived without defects. However, it took a while until all packages had arrived at my place, because the transport service provider had to "find" two first. Kirstein took care of it right away, though. The headphones fit well for me, but I hardly need it for practicing, because I have set the volume of the piano rather low. So that the small foot switch belonging to the set does not slip, I have stuck it with a removable Tesa Powerstrip on the smooth floor.

I particularly like the fact that the piano has matte keys with a minimal "grain", so it does not look cheap and is nice "grip". The adjustment options of other instruments are more than enough for me, the sound is piano-like to my ears, not so electronic. My husband is happy about MIDI and USB to connect iPad and other.

I really enjoy sitting at the instrument and practicing, even though I'm currently playing finger exercises rather than melodies. An inexpensive starter set that brings fun and will certainly be used by me for a long time :-).

Here are a few points:

GOOD:
- Stand is stable
- Stool comfortable
- ePiano has a very good keyboard, resembles a real piano very much
- Music stand good

Less good:
- Headset, by far the worst, most uncomfortable (is so loose it just falls off your head) I had ever had
- Pedal... it's a standard pedal. If the software for the pedal could be adjusted for a normal user, it would be good. Because after pressing the pedal, the played sound can be heard just 7-10 seconds.
- Volume over headphones much too low
- No assembly instructions for the stand (I had to search 10 minutes for Vedeos to get the AUfbau ...)

Sound is great, it looks good, the scope of delivery is great. Only a cover you have to buy separately.
I found it a pity that the piano school was not in paper form.

First of all, thank you for the prompt delivery, everything perfectly packaged. The assembly was a pleasure for me as a hobbyist ;-).
The instrument is absolutely as described. I learned piano decades ago and the quality really appeals to me. Of course, I can't compare the e-piano to a grand piano, but it has many advantages. I can practice and play when I want (headphones), and I don't get on anyone's nerves with my finger exercises.
In one sentence: that was a stroke of luck.

I ordered the whole package: Piano, stand, seat, headphones. Piano is strictly simple, without superfluous buttons, with good sound. Stand and seat are very stable visually and in practice. Seat is wide and comfortable. Seat surface is removable and can therefore be replaced if necessary. Headphones fit well and are with the clean sound. To the package was sent instruction booklet with CD + DVD. This is very clear for a beginner.

I am very pleased with my new electric piano. It all looks very high quality workmanship. Everything fits together well. Beautiful sound. The upholstery of the stool you have to air out well outside, smelled very strict. But after two days I smell nothing more. Fast processing of the shipment. Gladly again.

My little daughter has just started to learn the piano. The piano is easy to use, looks very good and also has a super quality. We are very satisfied.
