As a complete beginner and layman, I like the instrument: appearance, workmanship, the encapsulated mechanism, the sound, all good. The bag supplied is also solid and offers good protection. I am not satisfied with the tuner supplied: the display flickers at times and is not stable. For example, when tuning the C string, 4G is displayed in green and then changes to 3C in green. The same happens with other strings.
I think it would be a good idea to add a strap to this package, as it helps to keep the instrument more stable in the right position, especially for beginners.

Since my husband has very large hands I have decided for this ukulele... And it was a very good decision because this ukulele and the hands of my very well fit together... We had beforehand my son's ukulele which was of course smaller and he was not so good with it.... A good entry-level model for beginners. The quality has convinced me and the sound is good.

I had been looking for a ukulele for a while and am thrilled with this one and its sound.
I mainly use it for my lessons in early music education and the children are also thrilled.
Since it is so small, it fits wonderfully in my instrument case and the lugging of the guitar is done.
There are no disadvantages in terms of sound and playing is even much easier.
I can only recommend the ukulele.

After I had problems with tuning in the beginning, I first found (instruction manual was written too small) that I had to set the tuner to U and after I had tuned once with the cell phone, it worked from then on with the tuner.
The booklet with the youtube videos is very intuitive and easy to play along with. Next year Christmas tuning on the ukulele with the seniors in our shooting fraternity. My guitar shrunk in the wash :-)

A good instrument with a nice sound for little money. I have large hands, so I opted for a tenor ukulele. As is often the case, the strings were initially too high, so I had to take about 4 mm(!) off the bridge. Now after 7 weeks of playing, I need to retune the strings a bit. The tuner that comes with the guitar does a good job. As an experienced guitarist and ukulele beginner, I am overall very satisfied with the instrument and have no need to buy a second ukulele.

As already listed in a parallel review, first of all an all-round check of the ukulele. Overall, the Uke makes a great impression, is cleanly processed. A complete body binding, soundhole - inlay in celluloid and even a neck - binding in wood. Body is made of mahogany, solid, no laminated wood (Lamiat). Also the neck and the headstock is mahogany ... Neck support to the body and headstock are glued on. With mahogany I consider the glued headstock (also with guitars), because of the shorter wood grain with mahogany for absolutely appropriate and important .... who does not know the typical headstock breakage e.g. with a certain guitar model (LP). The headstock still has a thin mahogany veneer glued on. There is a dark fingerboard glued on, whose material I can't really determine .... looks like wood, but whether it is original, baked or stained I can't say. The bridge is slightly darker, you can see a surface structure, but you can't really tell if it's wood or composite, same with the coloring as mentioned before. The fingerboard has plastic dot inlays, no sidedots. There are encapsulated tuning machines mounted, which do their job with a little bit of hookiness and you should tighten the nut a little bit. One strap pin is mounted at the end of the body, the other one at the side of the neck near the body. According to the information, high quality AQUILA strings are used, but I can't judge yet, what this brings to the sound and the tuning stability. I am not a beginner on stringed instruments, but not yet so geviewt on the uke. The strings are mounted on the bridge in an exemplary way with double loops and clamps. At the tuning mechanism the strings are only led through the hole and partly already wound up to the end of the axle. A retuning is constantly necessary and one sees slowly the string end disappear in the tuner axle. This has no purpose, so strings loosened and rewound with an appropriate clamping loop on the axle. Retuned and .... looks better, keep tuning with a couple of retuning, as the clamping loop has to settle as well.
Here the attached Cascha HH 2018 clip - tuner is to be commended ... unfortunately without matching 2032 button cell, but easy to use and fast responding. The tuner can be switched on and off via a front-mounted button and the individual modes ...chromatic, guitar, bass, violin and ukulele can also be called up via it. Otherwise the tuner switches off automatically when there is no signal.
The mahogany parts have a matte finish, but it is not clear whether they are lacquered or waxed. It is in any case a very pleasant grip feeling, particularly with the neck. The wood grain is fully visible and makes a great impression. The fingerboard is untreated and should be oiled at the latest with the 1st string change.
A little pinesligkeit must also be as follows:
1. on the top of the body there are still some spots of wood fibres ..... need some 0000 steel wool refinishing. Of course you notice this right away, because your fingertips feel the surface in this area .... if you don't play with a Plek.
2. the frets are well bevelled and slightly rounded towards the front edge of the fretboard. However, the back edge of the fretboard is a bit off .... a bit too wide with about 45° angle ... under 3 frets you can easily undercut and they are not really rounded. It's just here that it's noticeable as this is where the fingers make contact when playing.
Since I maintain and adjust my instruments myself I will do the rounding myself as it is just 'a small thing' now.
The frets are slightly rough on the surface and could use a polish when changing the strings for the first time.
3. the nut, made of plastic, is not quite clean and slightly crooked, but not really a matter for complaint. It overhangs the front at least, but that's ok. I round the saddles anyway at the end edges still slightly, because you can feel the angular at someChords but unpleasant and a the trifle is then eliminated with. 4.
4. the bridge bridge inlay is slightly tilted forward .... with probably some play in the groove.
The string action is in the 12th fret at about 2.5 mm and I will check if this can be a little less.
So, that was a bit of nitpicking.
But in return I have to say that after measuring with a ruler and checking with a clip tuner the uke is played in the 12th fret and the flageoet tone is octave clean.
Played with fingers and Plek the Uke brings a pleasantly round not too high typically mahogany moderate assertive sound. It is pleasant to play and .... you can really fall in love with it. It's fun to play and learn the uke chords, especially since some of the chords have a great sound when played with just one finger.
I had already played on a soprano uke, which was O.K., but I wanted to have a no. bigger. The concert uke for comparison was good, but not really what I expected (not much bigger). But, the Tenor Uke is as listed in the headline with, optimal.
The price - performance ratio is good, because the Uke is also in classic Gtarrenbau Mania with body bracing and notch strips.
What can one write as a conclusion .... I had just prepared "Dedicated Follower of Fashion" for the guitar. Now the uke came and ... right away I tried to practice with it .... it's so much fun .... the chords run into each other so nicely ... so Rock 'n' Roll.

Hello - I have had several ukuleles, even twice as expensive as the Casha. I have to say this ukulele just sounds very open, bright, decent loud. Top! Playability is also good.
We also had these ukuleles in school, bought as a class set. Still work well, are robust. I have no idea how you can make something like that for so little money. I'd rather not ask.

I have the Cascha now a week, play and practice every day and am so satisfied. For me as a beginner, it has a very nice sound, the tuner is super easy to use and understand, it also looks great, bag ok (inside is unfortunately a sticker of the brand, which left an adhesive film and stuck the strings with it, but could be fixed).

This instrument was delivered to my granddaughter just in time for her 5th birthday.
She seems to be very enthusiastic (" ... this is the greatest present I ever got ... " ) , She accompanies herself and her little sister to her favourite children's songs. At some point she will be interested in the function of the frets, so far she "tunes" the instrument with the pegs.
Unfortunately I can only follow her progress from a distance via Skype.

A nice instrument with good equipment (nice digital small tuner for guitar,..ukulele, plectrum plates and solid case, good pegs, nice strings, nice overall appearance). Ukulele can therefore be tuned very fine and it is amazing what this small instrument gives a beautiful sound of itself (for this price !). I bought it for our granddaughter for her birthday - it was very well received. If necessary, add a shoulder strap - I have then ordered separately. Otherwise, until now - perfect.

Very nice and good ukulele.with tuner.but unfortunately tore a string after first tuning.the supplied picks are good but 2 picks had cracks and 1plektrum is broken when tuning...

Oops, the ukulele is small. But should be the right one for beginners. Regarding the tuner I would have liked that the button cell CR2032 is included. Would not be a super problem in terms of price. So the joy was a little clouded. Should be mentioned in the description. For this a star deduction. Otherwise, fast processing of the order to delivery.
