I ordered on 24th of May and it arrived somewhere around 10th of August. I got email after email that there’s gonna be another delay, and all of a sudden when I wrote an email, that I would like to cancel the order magically my order was ready to be send. I did not expect such bad service from Kirstein. And I’m definitely going to send my order back, because now I don’t need it anymore, it was a birthday present for 3rd of June...
I can only hope that the process of sending my package back, is not as complicated as receiving it in first place.

Beautiful instrument with great sound! Can be played well. Only unfortunately, the wood smells somehow musty outside (but not inside). I hope to be able to "wipe away" the smell with alcohol.

I got my Kalimba well packaged today and I unpacked it right away and tried it out. It looks as beautiful as in the photo and has a very nice sound. It's really fun to try out known melodies on it.
Only the thumb protection caps are a little too small for me.
This purchase was really worth it.

Have the article ordered / bought about 3 months ago. Makes a high-quality impression on me. However, the delivery time was almost 2 weeks. Maybe because of Corona? Have called there, the lady on the phone was friendly and could tell me where the package hangs.

I am very happy with the product and accessories (case, carrying bag, etc). Looks and feels high quality as I said. Pleasant round, rather warm sound.

Order and shipping has all worked well, despite Corona. It should be a gift, so I have not yet tried it myself.

Since the order I have eagerly awaited the package. And when it came (even faster than expected) my expectations were not disappointed.
A bit I had to retune and then I could already start strumming. Thanks to a lot of tutorials on YouTube I can even try out well-known songs, otherwise all kinds of songs in C major from many different songbooks.
Except for the time and patience demanding tuning, I'm mega satisfied and happy every time I can coax a nice melody out of the instrument. :)

Very good workmanship of the kalimba. Harmonious sound, makes joy to play with it. Purchase and delivery very good. Plus point because the accessories (tuning hammer, bag, etc.) is already included and must not be purchased separately.

The kalimba arrived within a very short time and it sounds beautiful. It was perfectly tuned, which I tested through an app ;)
The tone scale is engraved directly on the sound tongues, which I like very much!

The only flaw I had to notice are three tiny scratches on the sound tongues, which you can hardly feel but see. Personally, this hardly bothers me :)

This Kalimba is a nice little uncomplicated instrument, very nice and quality made, with some practical accessories such as a shoulder bag. So you can take it with you to the stand or on the mountain if you want to strum a little on the kalimba there. Arrived well packed. C-tuning was also correct and I have a lot of fun with it. Everything is great!

Already when unpacking the Kalimba convinced of its quality. Embedded in a soft bag and a sleeve, the Kalimba arrived undamaged.

The sound is very harmonious and invites you to try it out. For beginners the engraving of the numbers and notes is optimal. This facilitates learning the first pieces.

The wood is of good quality and shows a very nice grain.
