NUX X-5RC - Wireless Freedom at 5.8 GHz!

Experience a completely new sense of freedom with the wireless transmitter NUX B5RC. This digital audio transmission kit operates in the open 5.8 GHz band and delivers a high-resolution digital audio signal up to 30 meters away with latency under 5 ms. Each C5RC pair features an ultra-fast pairing system and a mute mode that quickly cuts the signal transmission when you stop playing.

NUX X-5RC Wireless System for Guitar / Bass

The built-in batteries provide continuous operation for more than 4 hours and can be quickly recharged via USB cable or the included Power Case charging module. The kit supports up to 3 charging cycles for one transmitter/receiver set. An auto-sleep mode saves battery power after 10 minutes of inactivity. The clever design of the B2-Plus allows hassle-free mounting on both Strat-style guitars with recessed jack input and vibrato, as well as on models with conventional jack sockets. It is equally compatible with acoustic-electric basses, guitars, and ukuleles, regardless of pickup type (magnetic/piezo, active or passive).

Reliable, Crystal-Clear Transmission

Most home devices, including Wi-Fi networks, cordless phones, Bluetooth® devices, garage door openers, and even baby monitors, operate on the 2.4 GHz frequency. The 5.8 GHz frequency band, a newer standard, is less commonly used by these devices. Therefore, the 5.8 GHz band tends to be less crowded than the 2.4 GHz band. The NUX C5RC system operates on the 5.8 GHz frequency band for free digital audio transmission in very high resolution (24 Bit / 44.1 kHz). The frequency response ranges from 20 Hz to 20 kHz to reliably and clearly transmit the entire guitar or bass signal. The fast, automatic transmitter and receiver pairing system secures the signal reliably, so you don’t have to worry about dropouts or noise.

Question by André on 21.10.2025

Hello, does the NUX X-5RC system transmit the audio signal via 2 channels (stereo)? The TRS jack plugs suggest this.

Answer by Musikhaus Kirstein:

The system does not transmit a stereo signal in the classic sense. The TRS plug is used here for balanced signal transmission.
