The Lechgold children's clarinet is modeled in structure and design on instruments that have proven themselves in Germany for decades. The BKS-20/16 model is made from a wood-plastic composite, making it less sensitive to moisture and temperature fluctuations than pure wood versions.

Lighter Weight, Narrower Ring Spacing, Fewer Trill Keys

By omitting the G and A trill keys, this model boasts a lighter weight compared to standard instruments. Additionally, its narrower ring spacing makes it ideal for players with small hands or limited mobility. The sturdy thumb rest allows attaching a carrying strap.

Mouthpiece and Reed

The "W5A" with a 0.90 mm tip opening and 20.0 mm facing length is a highly professional mouthpiece. Its character: a dark, rich tone with - as Claus Raumberger, music journalist and author of "The Saxophone," noted - remarkable register colors. It responds easily and is not very sensitive to reeds. Also included is a Vandoren reed in strength 1.5 and a ligature.

Includes Case

The complete package comes in a lightweight and sturdy case equipped with 2 outer pockets and backpack straps. While the small front pocket keeps essentials quickly accessible, the large compartment features separate slots for cards, pens, and more.
