The Professional Entry-Level Chromonica!
Hohner’s first chromatic harmonica was launched at the beginning of the 20th century. To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Chromonica, the Discovery 48 was unveiled at the start of the 21st century.
It’s a skillful blend of the original, combined with ergonomic design and the advantages of a 21st-century instrument. The warm, smooth tone captivates both listeners and players and is considered the standard of modern Chromonica sound. Thanks to its benefits, the Discovery 48 is recommended by leading players worldwide and is also ideal for beginners and hobbyists.
The comb body is made of sturdy plastic, ensuring reliable performance in all climatic conditions. The two-part slider package and screwed construction guarantee easy maintenance and quick conversion for left-handed players.
