The "Universal" trumpet model from Kühnl & Hoyer fits a wide range of applications. It delivers outstanding response and intonation, especially in the mid and high registers.
The gold-brass leadpipe and gold-brass tuning slide ensure durability and robustness. The heavy caps let you tailor and expand the instrument's tonal palette.
The trumpet ships with a 3C mouthpiece.

About Professor Malte Burba
Kühnl & Hoyer share a long-standing, successful collaboration with Professor Malte Burba, one of the most interesting and versatile brass players of our time, on the development of Perinet piston-valve instruments.
Besides his own musical work, he teaches at the University of Music in Dresden, the Peter Cornelius Conservatory in Mainz and the University of Music, Mainz, and is known internationally for his brass workshops.
His experience as a performing musician, along with years of work as a music educator, forms the basis for his expert support in developing new instruments at Kühnl & Hoyer.
