Selected Materials

The back and sides of the Brioso violins are made from flamed maple, while the acoustically crucial top is carved from solid spruce. But these string instruments impress not only visually with their high quality. A bridge made of hard maple transmits the string vibrations, allowing this violin to unfold an unexpected richness of tone. The fingerboard, tailpiece, pegs, and chinrest are crafted from particularly hard and durable ebony and adorned with decorative details.

Easy to Play

The slim neck of the Brioso makes it easy for violin beginners to finger the strings. For especially precise tuning, the E string features a fine tuner that is simply hooked onto the tailpiece. Additional fine tuners can be added if needed. Chinrest and shoulder rest ensure secure hold and high playing comfort.
For transport reasons, the violin is not delivered ready to play. Before use, the bridge must be set up and the strings tuned.

Case and Accessories

The case made of weather-resistant synthetic fabric is not only especially lightweight but also protects your violin from dust, dirt, and shocks. The versatile carrying options make the case the perfect companion—whether by hand, with shoulder strap, or worn as a backpack. Besides the spacious outer pocket, which easily fits two DIN A4 booklets, the interior offers further special features: Along with the brazilwood bow and the height-adjustable shoulder rest, rosin is also included in the delivery. The lightweight case also scores with a total of 3 bow holders, 3 storage compartments with self-closing lids, and a hygrometer.
