The Valeton GP-180 is a modern digital multi-effects processor for guitarists who want compact form, strong sound quality and versatile control in a single unit. Over 200 high-quality effects based on 2nd-generation HD Modeling technology, a 48 kHz sampling rate and a refined cabinet algorithm deliver a precise, direct and musical tone. At the same time, the GP-180 functions not only as a standalone all-in-one solution but also as a central controller within an existing pedalboard. That makes the unit ideal for live setups, home recording, streaming, mobile practice and flexible hybrid rigs.

Modern Tone Processing With High Flexibility

In the effect chain you can use up to 12 modules simultaneously and arrange them freely, letting you tailor the signal path precisely to your setup and playing style. 200 patch memory slots, including 100 factory patches, provide quick access to ready-to-play sounds and your own presets. The GP-180 also supports loading cabinet IRs with 1024 or 2048 sample points and offers space for up to 20 third-party IRs. SnapTone technology enables you to convert and import NAM files. Fifty curated SnapTone files are included from the factory, and up to 100 user files can be stored in total.

Immediate Access and Practical Usability

The control concept is clearly designed for fast operation. Three footswitches, multiple knobs, direct-access buttons for effect modules and a dedicated CTRL/TAP concept allow immediate tweaks without diving through menus. The 2.4" color display shows parameters clearly in real time. The system is rounded out by a precise tuner with cent readout and multiple tuning presets, a drum computer with over 100 patterns and a looper with up to 180 seconds of recording time. You can switch between analog and DSP bypass depending on the situation.

Connections, Audio Interface and Mobile Freedom

The GP-180 features a 6-In/4-Out audio interface for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android, making it ideal for recording, reamping and content production. Bluetooth 5.0, USB, MIDI via 6.35 mm stereo jack as well as app and software integration significantly expand control options. The 3.5 mm TRRS headphone/microphone jack is particularly handy for livestreaming and online lessons. Two EXP/FS jacks support expression pedals, external footswitches and MIDI functions. Also included is an integrated 3,000 mAh battery with over 6 hours runtime, charging via 9 V DC or USB-C, fast USB charging and reverse power supply. The rugged metal housing makes the GP-180 a compact, durable solution for everyday use.
