The Moog Matriarch is a patchable, 4-voice paraphonic synthesizer with built-in sequencer, arpeggiator, stereo ladder filters, and stereo analog delay.

Easily create rich harmonic textures with up to 4-voice paraphony, which can be sequenced, shifted, and stored using the Matriarch’s intuitive 256-step sequencer, or stack the analog VCOs to play a massive 4-oscillator monosynth.

Featuring a wide selection of synthesis modules based on Bob Moog’s original circuit designs, the Matriarch’s 100% analog signal path delivers a dynamic sonic palette—from overdriven monophonic basses to gently evolving paraphonic plucks that move through waveforms with infinite delay trails. Combining vintage-style stereo ladder filters, dual envelope generators, stereo analog delays, and stereo VCAs, the Matriarch produces a multidimensional sound that invites sonic exploration of space and time.

Although the Matriarch’s semi-modular design requires no patching, 90 modular patch points are easily accessible across the panel via the included 3.5mm patch cables. This powerful electronic instrument is an extremely versatile addition to any stage or studio, transforming instantly from a performance keyboard into a fully modular analog synthesizer.

Beyond its standalone function, the Matriarch is also an ideal processor for external sound sources and a powerful keyboard front end to expand a DFAM, Mother-32, Grandmother, or Eurorack modular system.
