Regarding "Kirstein" I would like to note that this was my 1st order. Concerning the order I am not satisfied, because I have heard nothing after one week and I had to clamp myself to the telephone, in order to clarify everything. After that it still took days to receive the delivery. After all, a delivery period of 1 - 2 days is given, which is far from true.
I would find it nice if the receipt of money briefly confirmed , and as in my case "... if allegedly with the order something is not right .....", at least someone would report to the customer.
