Coated Black Strings for 5-String Basses!
The Black Beauties combine the musical benefits of a round core design with the protection of DR’s proprietary K3 coating.
The Jet Black coating looks sleek and refined while ensuring an exceptionally long string life. A round core wire and stainless steel wrap give the Black Beauties a full tone and balanced harmonic response, along with the playability that’s a hallmark of DR. The hard coating also delivers outstanding clarity and articulation by reducing unwanted overtones.
