With the Rode Wireless GO (Gen 3) you get a versatile, compact 2-channel wireless system ideal for interviews, video content, podcasts and field reporting. Both transmitters feature high-quality built-in microphones and can be clipped directly to clothing thanks to handy clips. The system also supports onboard 32-bit float recording in the transmitter module, ensuring clean, distortion-free sound even with large level variations. The radio link offers an impressive range of up to 260 m and guarantees a stable transmission.
Transmitters with Built-In Microphone and External Input
Each transmitter module houses a precisely tuned condenser microphone optimized specifically for speech. If a more discreet setup is required, a lavalier mic can be connected via the side 3.5 mm TRS jack. The jack has an external thread to prevent the plug from accidentally slipping out. Furry windshields are included for outdoor recording to reliably reduce wind noise.
GainAssist for Optimal Level Control
The intelligent GainAssist function automatically adjusts gain to the sound source. This keeps recordings at optimal levels with high clarity—even during sudden volume spikes.
Onboard 32-Bit Float Recording
With onboard 32-bit float recording and generous 32 GB storage per transmitter, you can store over 40 hours of audio. The big advantage of 32-bit float: as long as the maximum sound pressure level isn't exceeded, clipping is virtually impossible. Full dynamics are preserved in post-production.
Receiver Module with Analog and Digital Outputs
The compact receiver module can be mounted to cameras via the hot shoe. Audio output is available either analog via the 3.5 mm TRRS jack or digital via USB-C directly to smartphones, iPhones or computers. When the USB-C port is used for audio output, the 3.5 mm jack can be used for real-time headphone monitoring.
Software Configuration with RØDE Central
The free "RØDE Central" software lets you install firmware updates, customize features and configure special settings like Safety Track or Auto On/Off.
