Flexible Wireless System for Professional Audio Recording!
With the Rode Wireless GO (Gen 3) you get a versatile, compact 2-channel wireless system that's ideal for interviews, video content, podcasts and field reporting. Both transmitters feature high-quality built-in microphones and can be clipped directly to clothing using handy clips. The system also supports direct recording on the transmitter in 32-bit float, ensuring clean, distortion-free sound even with large variations in level. The wireless link delivers an impressive range of up to 260 m and guarantees a stable transmission.
Transmitters with Built-In Microphone and External Input
Each transmitter houses a precisely tuned condenser microphone optimized for speech. If a less conspicuous setup is required, a lavalier microphone can be connected via the side 3.5 mm TRS jack. The jack features an external thread to prevent the plug from slipping out accidentally. For outdoor recordings, furry windshields are included to reliably reduce wind noise.
GainAssist for Optimal Level Control
The intelligent GainAssist function automatically adjusts gain to the sound source. This keeps your recordings at optimal levels with excellent clarity—even during sudden volume spikes.
Internal 32-bit Float Recording
With internal 32-bit float recording and a generous 32 GB of storage per transmitter, you can store over 40 hours of audio. The big advantage of 32-bit float: as long as the maximum SPL isn't exceeded, clipping is virtually eliminated. Full dynamics are preserved in postproduction.
Receiver Module with Analog and Digital Outputs
The compact receiver mounts to cameras via the hot shoe. Audio output can be delivered either analog via the 3.5 mm TRRS jack or digitally via USB-C directly to smartphones, iPhones or computers. When the USB-C port is used for audio output, the 3.5 mm jack can be used for real-time headphone monitoring.
Software Configuration with RØDE Central
The free "RØDE Central" software lets you install firmware updates, tweak functions and configure special settings such as Safety Track or Auto On/Off.
