I am very satisfied. No squeaking, very stable and comfortable.
The storage compartment could be bigger, but I would still recommend it.

What can I say, black high gloss and very stable. I find his money in any case. Had the same before in white. I love this bench for my piano.

Super- fast delivery- assembly simple - very convenient

My piano is in a room that also has a Chesterfield sofa and I really like the matching upholstery. That was actually the reason for buying it.
The delivery:
The bench was there after 3 days. Delivery promise of Kirstein was thus kept.
Assembly:
The bench comes disassembled, but it is not an engineering task to put it together. The legs have to be screwed on. For this, one should have a decent open-end wrench ready. There is a wrench included, but it causes rather bad humor at best. However, this is not to be taken as criticism, but is at least with me standard procedure for furniture-type items.
The finish:
I bought the bench in high gloss. In the non-visible area, i.e. on the lower edges, the paint was saved. My carpenter I would have read for it the Leviten, but with an industrial product you can live with it I think. My carpenter would have noted, however, that we need to talk again about the price........
The height adjustability:
The height adjustment is as usual for piano benches via two wooden plates on the sides. It makes a solid impression. However, it would be useful to grease the thread carefully. It's not a feat of strength, but the height adjustment could be smoother. Even when unfurled, nothing wobbles on the bench and I'm quite a handsome pianist I think....
Stability:
Was already expressed several times here. The bench is really stable. You can certainly also use it to climb somewhere on it - but then please shoes off....
The music compartment:
Let's call it the music compartment. Nevertheless, you can put two music books in it. As a piano player, however, you usually have your sheet music collection on the shelf, since there are quite a few notebooks. You can at least store your current sheet music in the bank after playing or practicing. So it serves its purpose.
Seating comfort:
You sit great on the bench. From the upholstery felt like the sofa. So a tight comfortable padding. I usually sit a bit on the edge (because of legroom and pedals).
Tuning:
I gave the bench some felt glides since the feet are on hard plastic and I play on a hardwood floor.
Conclusion:
A great bench that I am very happy about. Optics, stability and functionality: everything is coherent. Can really recommend and therefore full marks.
