Get inspired by Launchkey Mini 25 – a portable all-in-one DAW controller with a two-octave synthesizer keyboard with mini keys and 16 patented FSR pads for finger drumming, clip launching, and more. The next generation of Launchkey also gives you new ways to get creative in your DAW, with hardware synthesizers, or on iPhone and iPad. The chord, scale, and arpeggio modes have each been expanded so you stay in the chosen key and play with even more expression – all with detailed feedback via the new, crisp OLED display.
Enhanced DAW Integration
Launchkey supports all major DAWs with seamless, custom integration for Ableton Live, Logic, Cubase, Reason Studios, Reaper, FL Studio, and Ardour. This gives you hardware-controlled workflows that put full control over transport functions, timeline navigation, mixing, EQ, clip launching, and instrument and effect parameters at your fingertips. And when using Ableton Live’s Session View or Logic’s Live Loops, the 16 drum pads simultaneously handle clip launching Launchpad-style with RGB backlighting perfectly matching what you see on your screen.
Creative Tools
Launchkey Mini 25’s creative tools are built into the hardware itself – so they work the same way in your DAW, with your hardware synthesizers, or on your mobile devices. The scale mode now lets you lock your keyboard to one of 30 different scales to eliminate wrong notes or even map all notes to just the white keys. The fixed chord mode triggers full chords with a single key. New chord mappings allow the next steps, so emotional progressions can be created across Launchkey’s pads. Plus, the latest version of our popular arpeggiators makes it easier than ever to tweak your sequences for endless inspiration.
Extremely Responsive FSR Pads
For finger drumming, Launchkey now features our patented velocity-sensitive FSR drum pads with polyphonic aftertouch. Unlike standard pads, each has a unique radial sensor that increases sensitivity and optimizes consistency for an even tighter performance. They can also be set to trigger chords or single notes with polyphonic aftertouch.
Custom Modes
Launchkey’s encoders aren’t limited to their default assignments. Simply load the free Components software in your browser and configure them to behave exactly how you want with your soft- or hardware. You can save up to four custom mappings for Launchkey’s pads and encoders and recall them directly from the hardware to send your desired notes, MIDI CCs, or program change commands.
Beyond the Computer
The Launchkey Mini 37’s mini jack MIDI output makes it easy to connect your hardware synthesizers – no DAW required. Combined with Components and custom mappings, you can access key functions directly from your keyboard. Launchkey is class-compliant and fully compatible with countless music apps for iPhone and iPad – including Novation’s free Launchpad app.
