KRK V4 Monitor

The KRK V4 is a two-way, full-range reference monitor delivering professional performance and absolute precision for recording, mixing and mastering. It features a KRK-developed 1" Kevlar tweeter and a lightweight, KRK-specific, woven 4" Kevlar woofer. By using Kevlar for both the woofer and the tweeter, the monitors deliver silky highs, precise bass and an extremely dynamic, well-defined midrange without any coloration. In addition, the monitors offer a wide sweet spot and impressive stereo imaging. KRK's built-in 85-watt Class-D amplifier enables ultra-fast transient response and up to 110 dB SPL.

The cabinet with a front-facing bass-reflex port prevents bass buildup when placed near a wall and thus provides flexibility in placement. 49 different DSP-controlled equalizer presets offer comprehensive options for suboptimal room conditions, as well as for individual style or personal taste.

Absorber Plates

The Pronomic ISO-Stand absorber plates are ideal for placing under studio and nearfield monitors. The foam reduces and damps unwanted resonances and vibrations, noticeably improving the speaker's sonic characteristics. Not only does the reduced transfer of structure-borne vibration improve the sound, but the two-component design of these wedges also contributes to tonal optimization. This design allows studio monitors to be positioned at five different tilt angles to perfectly align the monitors with the listening position.
