I use an Audix Om7 as my microphone, and the Headrush vx5
can be satisfied by the Headrush vx5. I recorded directly into Ableton on the Mac and Garage Band on the iPhone. The results are, in my opinion, of a high sonic standard. The effects of the device are consistently usable for my needs
and sound very good. This is especially true for Autotune and Harmony.

A USB output would be more practical, the footswitches are noisy, clatter, not so great for recording and live looping.
